Just witnessed the following: A young girl (probably in here teens) and her toddler sibling sat down at a table while their mother went to the counter to order food for everyone. Shortly after a man came out of line and sat down at the same table immediately starting to yell at the young girl to move along because she didnt have any food. This quickly escalated to him screaming at the top of his lungs until the girl and her toddler sibling left. Upon being confronted by the girls mother he immediately began yelling again saying that he "Didnt give a rats a--" that he terrified her children. Potbellys management did absolutely nothing and went as far as making sure the mans meal was going ok. Made me sick to my stomach to watch. The quality of food here is meaningless becasue the place is run by people who could care less about human decency.

I like this sandwich shop. Not a very feature rich menu but what it has is pretty good. I do love the ice cream shakes and the smoothies, I think theyre one of the best. Sandwiches are great but in my opinion too small, lol I guess im just greedy. I have eaten at this chain many times before and all locations are pretty much the same. I normally go there for the strawberry shakes. They have an X-Large size which many other places do not. This is good for those hot summer days when you just crave something cold and lots of it. The shakes have lots of real fruit chunks in it which adds to the treat. The atmosphere in every Potbelly spot ive been in is good to sit down in. The staff is always happy and courteous. I definitely recommend this place for a quick spot to eat.

Me and my family really we were very comfortable with the food that we ate in potbelly, but yesterday Saturday December 21 2013 we went to ballston to eat the sandwiches we like, suddenly in the middle of our meal an cockroach appeared on the wall, my mother indignant got up and she went to tell the cashier that we saw a roach on the wall, and he just said okay Ill talk to the manager, shortly the cleaning boy appeared and he start cleaning the tables and crushing cockroaches on the floor. In my opinion the health service should make a visit to this potbelly, I do not particularly recommend it.

Ok Potbellys that has quick service. Occasionally they will have some impatient staff. There have been a few times when they have been missing ingredients. How does a sandwich place run out of meats? You would figure they would have that covered. If it was one time I wouldnt think twice about it but it has happened 2 or 3 times recently.

I really try to go here whenever I can. The lines get long (cause they are awesome) but guess what...the service is fast! The staff is nice and the atmosphere us very welcoming. The food is overall healthy.Well done guys. A++

Mostly come here for the milkshakes but as you know you can not beat a potbelly sandwich. Great location lots of additional outside seating when the weather is nice. One block from Ballston metro station #CityExperts

Had the Italian sandwich. One of the best I had. Prices are reasonable. Moving through line is fast. No specific reason for lacking a star, just didnt seem the place is worthy of it.
