While I love the food here (especially the chili cheese fries), I am a little disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the womens bathroom. The kitchen had music blaring so loud, the cashier seemed to struggle hearing me. Every time I have been and gone to the ladys room either its very dirty, smells horrible or the soap dispensers are torn off the wall. This time there was only one. The lighting is also rather dim. Little repairs would make a world of difference. Also, an automatic air freshener or odor neutralizer would be great. When I picked up my to-go order, my burger was in the box but nothing else... I was not given napkins or utensils or reminded that condiments were behind me although I already knew. My companion had ordered the chili cheese fries to go with her order, but no utensils either! When I went to the counter to ask for a few forks, I was given 1 set...

This Fuudruckers represents the only nearby location these days. I had to stop in. I wasnt disappointed. The restaurant was very clean and looked relatively newish. The staff was attentive and friendly and I was able to step up and order without delay on a Sunday afternoon. The burgers and fries and were just like I remembered and hit the spot. They have the signature toppings bar with fresh veggies and melted cheddar cheese. Although its lacking a bar, the atmosphere is still a plus. They crank 80s tunes and have about a dozen large screen TVs showing a variety of sports programs and news channels. The only thing I would ding it for is the lack of a bar and a bakery which were present at other locations I had visited. They compensate somewhat by serving bottled beer behind the service counter as well as cookies and pastries. Ill be back.

This was the worst Fuddruckers we have been to. We ordered our burgers medium rare, we prefer rare, but they dont have them rare. It took longer than any other Fuddruckers we have been to on the East coast, and when we finally got our food, the burgers were well done. We took them back. Again we waited forever, and the second burgers were more like hockey pucks than the first burgers. Unbelievable!!! The young brown haired man, with a beard who was cooking the burgers needs to be trained on how to cook burgers. We will never return to this location. Very disappointing.

My Husband and I visited the restaurant for the first time Tuesday 1/13/15. We were very disappointed. You have to order your food, wait for the buzzer, then go back up to counter to get your food. My husband ordered a beer with his dinner, the young lady said she was not old enough to get the beer? So one of the managers approached her and took over, to get the beer. He also ordered a well done burger that was pink! This place is nothing but an upscale Burger King, WITH VERY INFLATED PRICES! NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

Filthy, from the moment I walked in. The floors were sticky. There were lots of dirty spots where the burger bar was AND the soda fountain, even when I went to lean against a wall there were ketchup/mustard (or something) that clearly had been there for some time. It took 15 minutes to get a burger to go and they werent busy. The cherry on top was I woke up this morning with a mild case of food poisoning. Havent had that in over 10 years and Im pretty sure I know what caused it. I will not be back.

My friend and I were pregnant at the time so we came here after our maternity appointment. In love, with the burgers, not to much the fries. I would definitely recommend this place but only for the burgers....and the shakes. Had preggy fun with the self serve beverage choices, now almost everywhere but this was my first and most exciting experience. DARN U FUDRUCKERS FOR UR 11AM OPEN TIME...I want a burger in my mouth.

Pales in comparison to any other Fuddruckers I have ever been to. Their fixings bar is terribly small, their drink selection doesnt include Stuarts or Boyland on tap like Ive seen at others(just coke products), there are no unlimited fries, there is no bakery or ice cream counter, and the counter staff is largely clueless. If you know of Fuddruckers in other states, you will be disappointed if you go here.

Came all the way from PA to visit this location in Delaware and it was worth it. Their peanut butter shake has peanut butter cups in it. Its the best shake I have ever tasted! The seasoned wedge fries are tasty too. I like their fresh market bar where you can add whatever toppings you want to your meal. Wish there were more locations around my area. I would definitely go more often. Great service!

I have eaten at Fuddruckers in Asheville, Atlanta, Lancaster and in Newark, Delaware. My experience in the Newark, Delaware Fuddruckers has been by far the worst. The last 4 times I visited, they were out of ketchup at the fixins bar. Most recently my med-well burger was med-rare. Id give it fewer stars but my kids love the hand-dipped chicken strips and this place has great potential.

The perfect interstate adjacent date place. Come with your friend, come with a friend with benefits, come with the one you truly love. Dont come alone because you need to split orders to see whose is better. Or order two meals and compare. Oooo baby do you know what thats worth? About $23 with tax - not to shabby. Oooo heaven is a place on Earth.

This place has the best burgers around. All fresh meat, and a condiment bar to make it exactly how you want it. If you sign up for the rewards, or club or whatever it is, they often send you coupons for buy one get one free burger meals (usually on Thursday). Hands down, my favorite place for a burger.

The most horrible experience ever. Their bathrooms so dirty looked like they never clean them. The service was the worse so rude the food baddddd!!! I got sick from the food and threw up later that hat night. I ask my Grandkids if the had fun they so no and they like any place that has burgers and fries.

Food is great! Cashier was not remotely friendly and did not add the bacon like we asked. Rest of staff was very friendly!! Place was spotless and bathrooms were very clean. Burger and onion rings were spot on! Oreo shakes was delicious!! Other then unfriendly cashier it was great experience.

My first experience was ok, my second: better. They seem to be taking a while to get up to speed. There was one in Turnersville NJ that I really liked and they closed, this is now the closest to home. I hope this one hangs around and continues to improve. Best burger: Buffalo

All Fuddruckers near me in NJ closed so when we saw one, we stipped. They had a good selection but mediocre quality. For the prices they charge the burgers could be of better selection. Just like Burger Kings burgers, theyre rubbery and extremely chewy.

Food was average and a little pricey for the quality. The turkey burger was extremely salty. There was a light odor and smelled to me as if the carpets hadnt been cleaned in way to long. The staff was better than the food and appearance.
