I am a loyal customer of this establishment. I bring my friends here and recommend them. However Pedro Rojas, who claims to be the manager of this restaurant was very rude and nasty to me and it makes me question ever spending my money here again. He was a little rude on the phone but that may have just been a miscommunication. When I received my platter of spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, I could not wait to eat it. When I got it home I did not enjoy it at all. I ate very little of the food, only a few bites. I was not pleased with the entree nor the garlic bread. I do have that right. I nicely walked to the counter and explained I just did not like it if I could please get a refund. Pedro, before I could get much of a word in, ripped open my bag of food and toss it in front of him with the meanest look of disgust on his face. He then accused me of putting too much Parmesan cheese in the food (I always enjoy a lot of Parmesan) he then said I see you come in here you did this before I know who you are. Ive never had a problem with anything I have been served at this establishment. I nicely said sir, I am a loyal customer here and this type of treatment is unacceptable. I asked for the manager and he said it was him. I would like to speak to the owner of this restaurant. He made me feel so embarrassed and uncomfortable. He was trying to argue with me instead of listening to me and apologizing. He looked me up and down, he had the most disgusting look on his face then tried to laugh at me and walk away from the front register and into the back while I was speaking and explaining myself. I shouldnt even have to explain myself. I am a manager as well in the customer service industry. I never treat my customers the way he did me, even when I do not agree with them, even if they were being nasty. I am a very calm and peaceful person and for him to talk to a woman the way he did me is disgraceful. His attitude put such a bad taste in my mouth that the food I once loved from Pizza & Pasta will no longer be supported my myself of my friends.

I ordered 12 wings with cheese fries. The order went smoothly, the delivery guy was nice also. However when I received my order I was disgusted. Well, we gave it a try and it was horrible! The fries came out ok, the wings just down right disgusting, from the look down to the taste. I generally do not call to report a bad order from anyplace but this I was actually that disappointed that I called. I spoke with who I assume is the manager. I explained I was disappointed and offered to additionally send a picture of what I received, of course he declined and offered 10% off my next order. Now why would I place another order? I asked for a refund (granted this is the next day). I explained the fries and 4 wings are gone, He said he could not give a refund. NEVER AGAIN!

Who ever gives this place a good review knows nothing about Italian food ...called and told them the meatballs they delivered were so hard i could not cut them and was told thats how they are sir i dont know what to tell you. Well i know what to tell them and everyone else. I wont order there ever . Save your money.

Been a customer since 2009! Pizza is always been great, not certain about the rest of menu items. (Which Im sure is fine) But next to Lorenzos and Ciao (top 3) they are the best pies in the New Castle! Also, their prices are great for a pizza place!

Great prices, quick staff, and fast delivery! The pizza is delicious! The staff isnt necessarily the warmest, but they are working in front of a hot pizza oven all day, so I cant fault them!

If you like NY style pizza this is the place, they even have an old school oven not that machine they throw pizza in these days, $5 cheese pizza (takeout special) cant be beat
