This Perkins is in Liberty Plaza / Possum Park Mall on Kirkwood Highway. This restaurant is insanely busy on weekend mornings and the restaurant staff do get a bit harried and start making mistakes, but I found that theyll try their best to correct any slip-ups. If you dont like a crowd and if you dont want to drive all over the strip mall looking for a parking space, youll do a lot better visiting this restaurant on a weekday evening. For the most part, their breakfast food is acceptable in quality and reasonably priced. I prefer to order from their breakfast menu, even at dinner time, but thats mostly a matter of taste. Service is decent. I notice they often have UD college students working the tables and register.

Perkins is racist remember black people ,Perkins started from Maryland Avenue when we couldnt even walk in that area let alone use the swimming pool in that area.l witness Dan manager guest told him no black server,white servers talk about how black people dont tip.they reuse n rinse jellies,hair on plate I told Dan ,he brushed hair off n served guest that same plate of food.flies all over desserts n back.some cooks dont wear hair nets or shave or clean nails.Just letting my people know. .......

If you are looking for an inexpensive, yet good bite to eat, and want somewhere a little step-up from a Dennys or a greasy spoon diner, then this Perkins is it. Its quiet, with good waitstaff and good food. Prices are about 10% more than Dennys, but food quality, and customer service are much better than 10% over a Dennys. Ill definitely add this to my list for quick lunch spots.

We are regulars. They are unique because you can get fresh baked muffins split and grilled with butter with your breakfast, they have chorizo for omelets, and they offer tots instead of hash browns. And their benedict sauce is pretty good. Love this place! Not a five star since it is a chain and though really good they cant beat a good home cooked breakfast.

Food was great service was good however when I checked my bank statement I saw Perkins took the liberty of over charging me by $67.25. So glad we have such wonderful people out there that would just put the screws to you when they have the chance. Never ever go to Perkins.

After an hour wait, which was expected because it was crowded, the fries and chicken were stale and they had forgotten part of the order... and the utensils. Because wed waited so long I ate it anyway. That was a mistake because it made me sick for the rest of the day.

Ok. Ill have to admit, the food here was good but, the table across the room started falling over laughing. I later learned that the guy found a screw in his pancake. Yep, thats right a stainless steel screw.
