Worked here for 4 months (From Sept 2015 - January 2015). Literally, the worst staff I have EVER worked with. We had a new General Manager, who we found out was texting one of our 17 year old crew members, talking about ALL of the other staff. Mind you, this 17 year old crew member would go around calling all the black people n*****. Not only that, she would also curse non-stop, even cursing at the managers, but nothing was ever done about her. One day she even called me a "black b****" and I told her to come outside and say it.. yet I was suspended for a month and she had NO punishment whatsoever! Needless to say.. that GM was fired and so was the girl.. months after I quit in January. The managers SUCK! My sister (22) is still at this (she is 6 months pregnant). She usually works 8 -10 hour shifts and was told she cannot take a break to eat; breaks are only for underage staff. One of the young ladies working there, who was also 7-8 months pregnant, was fired.. the manager said "she was useless since she was so far in her pregnancy". Now.. my sister missed a meeting last week and was fired.. yet other people have missed this meeting and were not fired. Oh yeah.. 2 of their employees do heroin in the bathroom!

The worse service! I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomatoe and a banana split as well as hot dogs for two of us. Pulled up to the drive through and they hand me my drinks, my banana split then tell me my chicken sandwich will be several minutes so I asked to put my banana split in the freezer until my food was ready so they did with attitude. I pulled around several minutes later they brought my food out with no banana split so I had to remind them to get it! Further more I open up my chicken sandwich with tomatoe on it. Absolutely the worse service. Could not get one simple thing right!

This DQ was one of my favorite spots to get a quick meal and cone. On my last visit about a week ago the store it self needed a good cleaning. The fabric on the booths are just plain dirty and stained. the floor had trash and needed a serious cleaning. Ants on the window sill. As for my medium vanilla cone with chocolate sprinkles..The cone was more like a small. And not sure but i do believe DQ must of switched sprinkle supplier as they didnt taste the same and were much lighter in color. The vanilla ice cream just wasnt the same.

First they messed up my blizzard. Asked me to pull over. Then I noticed they overcharged me and gave me the wrong drink. Husband went inside to fix it. We continued to wait when we were in a hurry. When they finally brought out my hamburger they put cheese on it when we said no cheese twice. When we got that fixed we left. With a still messed up hamburger and over cooked horrible tasting fries. We spent 28$ and every piece if my meal was messed up. I will NEVER go there again

Several weeks ago my wife and I went to the drive through for blizzards we received two partially full cups of vanilla ice cream with virtually no toppings. My wife complained and the manager quickly responded stating he would send us vouchers, after a few weeks my wife followed up to inquire about the vouchers and the manager accused her of lieing. Its a shame because we were frequent customers but will no longer provide them business.

Food is good but service is not fast. Employees dont take their jobs seriously. Some employees were seen smoking weed in the parking lot. Also drug deals are made in the lot as well as in the store. Dont get me wrong, some employees are very friendly but there is too much illegal action going on there. I would def recommend the Newark location before this one.

This was the worse lunch Ive eaten in years. We payed 12 dollars for terrible food. The chicken bacon ranch was soggy and saturated, the A1 steakhouse burger was tiny and barely had sauce. Had I gone to chick filla, 12 dollars would have bought much better quality and a more realistic meal. Wont be coming back to DQ Middletown ever again.

Ran out of vanilla ice cream. Instead of sending someone out to warn customers of the outage, we got stuck in line for 20-30 minutes. The person taking orders in the drive thru was a bit snippy.

I waited in line here once for 25 minutes just to get a drink. It took them almost 10 minutes to take my order and more than 15 to fill up a cup with diet soda. I have not been back.
