I went to this subway because they are on of the few that sell the seafood selection. I placed my order and was offered soup. Broccoli and cheddar was one of the soups for the day. Due to health restrictions I asked the server if the broccoli is fresh or frozen, she said rudley, they dont make the soup fresh everyday it somes to us frozen. I was so shocked in the service. She turned made me feel stupid and dumb for asking a simple question. She could have just responded, I am not sure,but it comes in frozen. I told her to cancel my sandwich order and wen to Weiss. I am so disappointed. The other subway closer to me has wonderful customer service. I will be contacting managment.

Great customer service when my wife and i go in. Never have any issues. Only one time they didnt have the bread we wanted but they gave us a discount since it was unexpected
