The food was fine ,this is the 3rd time we have been there over the holidays...I can not believe the way mgmnt treats servers/bussers...I saw with my own eyes the manager being very provacative with a server,she bent over to pick up a straw and he said "fringe benefit" he was the Manager because I asked bartender his name and position and he replied thats Mike he is the Manager and raised his eyebrows as if he was crazy.The 3rd and last time there were 2 servers actually fighting and cursing so loud around us we walked out,the manager eileen or elaine tried to save face but the damage was done...I am a public servant and on a local school board and will make sure that my colleagues are aware of this and to avoid this place til you clean house

I went to Olive Garden on Sunday June 7 2015 I ordered fried calamari and it was terrible . it was greasy unchewable and the waitress was young and inexperienced she took too long to serve I waited almost an hour and a half to get my food. then upon requesting the manager "Dylan" who was very nonchalant as if he did not care about my worries and then I was accused of trying to obtain a free meal by Dylan because i complained about the poor service and food. in my experience with this particular Olive Garden. Is that it depends on the day that you go if you will get good service and well cooked food. P.S there was a foul odor in the restaurant

Service and food was good but the experience has changed when over heard how the management was treating our server she was yelling at her and everyone around us heard her too. I know they need to be on their game but from what I heard and saw makes me believe you do not treat your employees with respect. I hope that this is not always the case. I enjoy eating there, and I know it is a hard job for servers, but I will not be coming back for awhile. Hopefully whenever I come back , my families and I experience will improve

The O.Garden is going down hill. Tried it again because of Christmas gift cards and disappointed. Pasta had 2 Tbs sauce, chicken no taste and they still watered down the soup. It used to be my favorite but something happened last year. And now...they want you to ring up your own bill on the computer on the table. Hey, I want to be "waited" on. I will eat home if I have to work for my meal. Thats was waiters are for. I dont mind the smaller meals.

OMG! This has the worst service ever! I went on the date of 1-2-16, there was barely any dressing on the salad, the soup only had two noodles in the soup, the calamari and the mozzarella sticks came out in one dish, the worst part is 2 minutes later the food came out, the waitress was rushing us out! We talked to the manager he didnt help at all. I would not recommend this olive garden because it has the worst service ever!

Had a server female so horrible granted maybe she had a long day but was very dry and unpleasant I ordered the soup and I guess I ordered the wrong one but she look at me as though I killed someone held her head looked up to the heavens and walked away came back look at me and my wife again then picked up the soap all crossed eye and walk off. Well as for me and my wife we immediately left wasnt trying to get poisoned lol

Food was ok. Service was fine. MANGEMENT RUDE. Left my phone and was told if I was 1 minute after 10 I couldnt get it. Got there at 9:58 and they knew I was coming. LOCKED THE DOORS and rudely made me bang to open before they gave me my phone. I was on the phone with them and they were RUDE when I said I was just outside. Needless to say never going back to this Olive Garden. I will be writing a letter to corporate.

While our server wasnt too talkative, not rude but not overly excited, he nailed everything and Ill admit, we were a tough table. My only negative comment is that our server (also the bartender) was in charge of the tables on the patio (where we sat) and while he did an amazing job with how busy it was, they should really split that up because he was being pulled all over.

Table of 5 with 2 adults and 3 kids 7, 5, & 4. Our server was awesome!! Dinner and dessert were great, and it was busy!! Anyone who has ever tried to dine anywhere that doesnt have a drive thru with young kids knows its not always easy, but he made sure the kids food order went in and came out ASAP. Only regret was that I couldnt afford to tip him more!!

What a miserable place. We visited the bar for a beer while we waited for our seats ... they were out of every beer I asked for. The service was slow, in general and the place sounded like a prison cafeteria. Crowded, noisy, kids everywhere. The bathroom was filthy. Filthy. Overall a crappy experience. Better off at any of the locally- owned joints.

Went on a Thursday night. It was so loud in there, it sounded like a cafeteria. It does seem like a lot of people bring their kids here. It was very dark - could hardly see my money to pay the bill....maybe this is the idea. I had to leave early and they took ages to get the bill to us. Not a lot of menu choices. Salad was soggy.

The food was DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!I brought my husband,daughter,and son with me,and they LOOOOOOVED it.It had a beutiful decor.But other than that,we had an excellent waiter.It was also Christmas Eve,so I guess everyone wanted to get to theyre family for the holidays.What a wonderful holiday!Look forward to coming back.

Poor service. Server seemed disinterested in their job and very melancholy. Poor food - like it had been sitting on a hotplate for a half hour. FREAKING LONG WAIT. LIKE CRAZY LONG WAIT FOR ..... FOOD. AT A NOT BUSY TIME. We arrived at 6:45 PM on a TUESDAY. We didnt get our entree till 8 PM.

Well I can say the food and atmosphere was excellent, but we did get a Waitress named Joyce that really didnt service us. She would never get us our refills and was real snotty to both me and my friend. Other then that I recomand it but just wont recommend having Joyce as your Server.

our food is always great here. we had a super nice server the last time with dark hair and glasses who was very attentive and patient. i know working on sundays can be frustrating but everyone working was extremely friendly. they also have very good vegan/vegetarian options.

Decent Olive Garden on the Parkway. Food was great, breadsticks were probably the best Ive ever had at an OG. The only reason it gets 4* is that the waitress was OK. She did nothing wrong, but wasnt someone who Id ask for as a server again necessarily.

Service could be better. We were never asked if we needed seconds on our soup or salad. Thought it was unlimited. Server took away our breads sticks without asking us if we wanted to take it home. Food was okay.Still gave a 20 % tip. Worst server I had.
