They are very rude in the phone with customers and in person!! I went to pick up my food with gps on my cell and just because their call didnt actually go through because of my gps on my cell they started talking reckless to me for no reason. I also have this thing on my smartphone which doesnt let me pick up calls while im driving. So I explained myself even though I didnt have to. I let it slide and just took my order. I decided to call again for another order and guess what? The lady that takes the orders proceeded to talk reckless to me again saying I didnt pick up my orders and that every time they call me I never pick up. Something that is real hard for me to believe because I only ordered once from that restaurant and actually picked up my food the first time and when I called again it was supposed to be my second time so for them to just come out saying all these things that didnt add up was just uncalled for!! If I picked up my order and explained why their call might have not gone through then I dont need you talking reckless to me saying all these things that dont add up when I didnt even make you lose money. Its that easy!! Now im one customer less and also is my family!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are BEYOND RUDE! I will NEVER try to order from them ever again. They treat their customers with NO respect. Just so ungrateful and nasty! Someone needs to teach them a thing or two on how to speak to people. No manners and horrible customer service. Dont give them your business. They dont deserve it. Better off ordering somewhere else.

This place definitely stands out from the other chinese restaurants in Waterbury. Food has good flavor and is not oily like some of the other restaurants. The guy who answers the phone is very nice and pleasant. Overall very good food for a good value. I recommend this place!

Fast Friendly service, sanitary place and delicious food. what else can i say? After years of watching kitchen practices and eating the food from all the other Chinese restaurants, This is the only place in Waterbury i will order from.

Chinese food is really good. Ill recommend anyone here, if you guys love chicken wings like i do i suggest you to get them from here. Rice is not oily like other places and overall really good people. God bless you guys!!
