I have been coming to cafe RA for a lil over 10 years when it was still in its old location. I have been to many lunch places from the local area in that time , but always find myself back at RA. The food is certainly very good and the atmosphere is wonderful as well the only thing better is the service.....most days the owner is working in the back with his friendly and helpful waitstaff. This place is the restaurant equivalent to cheers. ...where everybody knows your name, prices are very fair and the selection is wonderful. If you happen to be in wallingford for breakfast or lunch do your friends and yourself a favor and stop at ra, the cook luie is a great guy and the head server michele will always bring a smile to your face.....café RA is one of the rare places that should be eforded 6 stars as they always go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and take the time to get the fine details rite for the pride of doing things to the best of their ability.....

Is it too much to greet customers with a smile? Everyone working here is stressed out. And this is at 9 am! Went to wash up. No paper towels. Havent got my food yet but already decided not to return.

Pretty pricey, but this is the go-to restaurant when I make a trip to the library. The veggie burger wrap with a coconut water definitely hits the spot. :)
