We had our wedding at the Estate Building at East Wind on 2/15/15. The entire process was smooth and stress free. Our sales person Laura had given us everything that was promised, color napkins and pictures on the main staircase! Our Maitred Suzanne was AMAZING! We had made everything our selves and when we brought it to East Wind a few days before Suzanne listened to everything we had to say, all of my crazy ideas, she took great notes as well. The day of, when we walked into the reception room it was breath taking, everything was perfect better than I could have imagined. Our Bridal Attendant Madyline was AMAZING as well, they both were bending over backwards for me and my husband from the moment we walked in to door, weather it was fixing my dress, refilling our glasses, they even made sure both of our parents were taken care of and happy! When the straps on my bridal parties dresses broke both Suzanne and Madyline jumped right in to sew the straps on to their dress. When the wedding was over both Suzanne and Madyline packed all of our decorations up and told us not to worry about them until the next morning, any glass items were bubble wrapped and label glass so nothing broke! They were a HUGE part of making our wedding turn out the way it did AMAZING! Thank you SO MUCH Suzanne and Madyline Megan and Ian Gargan

I attend The East Wind Spa I would say about once a year because I love the whole experience you encounter when you are there. My friends & I always purchase the Circle of Friends Package because everything is included & there is nothing to think about! Our treatment, lunch at Desmonds Restaurant, gratuities & the facility are all included. I cannot wait for our upcoming stay in July & we are actually going to make it extra special & experience the Spajama Party which includes a Balancing Facial or Essentials Massage, Luxury Overnight Accommodations, Spa Lunch in Desmond’s Restaurant, Round of Cocktails at Desmond’s Lounge & Breakfast at Myra’s Café...Again something that is all included so there is nothing to think about & you can just do what you are supposed to do & relax! Love this place...I am so fortunate that it is located right here on beautiful Long Island because it is the perfect getaway that is not so far away from home.

Okay, lets establish a few facts. I am from Europe and I stayed for two nights (Thu and Fri) at the East Wind, as I attended a wedding there. Rate for Thu eve: $169, rate for Fri eve $289. What would expect at that price level? Well, what you get is the hotel from the Shining. This place looks like time warp 1983. Apparently though, it only opened around 2002. All the rooms look towards the parking lots. The rooms on the first floor feel like they are on the parking lot. Windows dont open - you know, not everyone loves AC all the time! And you can chose between daylight or privacy. But not both. All the rooms have carpet throughout. Ugly as hell. And how about breakfast? Well, no. You can buy your breakfast at the adjacent deli. 300 bucks dont get you even a bottle of water in your room. Luckily one of the receptionist was really friendly and hot. The other, not so much. So, to me that is a rip off.

I recently treated myself to a manicure & pedicure and a 45 min. massage at Eastwind during their monthly specials. I usually do not treat myself other than get my haircut there, but since I love the serene atmosphere and the warm and friendly staff, I knew I would enjoy the whole experience. Melissa Cormier, the nail technician was informative and took her time to restore my nails to look natural and refreshed. Jade Giordano, the massage therapist made me feel like a million dollars. She was thorough, attentive and gave me one of the best massages! Nicole English, my hairstylist, always does wonders to my hair. She always gives me the best haircut and I get compliments from all my friends and family. I love her artistic talent! I have treated my daughter to a manicure & pedicure and convinced my friend to have a massages too. We loved it!

We stayed at the East Wind Inn last month and had a wonderful time. Our room was spotless, had a beautiful modern bathroom, Wi-Fi connectivity and a spectacular view of Tenants Harbor Bay. We had two restful nights breathing in the very pleasing Bay air. Breakfast at the Inn is exceptionally memorable. I had the Maine Lobster Benedict with home fries on one morning and the Spinach and Ham Omelet with sharp cheddar cheese, home fries and toast on the second morning. I think the Inn probably has the best home fries Ive ever had! We had dinner one evening in The Quarry restaurant, which is located on the lower level of the Inn. I had the most delicious Sea Scallops, which I would also highly recommend. Overall, our stay could not have been better, and we are looking forward to returning to the East Wind Inn soon!

I just attended a wedding here and it is a very nice establishment. Particularly due to the fact that it hosts one wedding at a time. The coordinator was knowledgeable, but lacked in professionalism. The food was all around absolutely delicious. And while there was an open bar for five hours, some may have been hesitant to make frequent trips to the bar due to the VERY RUDE BARTENDER. Of course it must become stressful serving open bar at a wedding but I witnessed on several occasions the female bartender at the main hall of the Garcia wedding making unnecessary and rude remarks towards the guests. There is NO EXCUSE to be rude to other people at such a joyous occasion when they do not deserve it. Eastwind absolutely losses credibility for allowing such a rude and smart mouthed person to work in theyre main hall.

Love love this beautiful place ! Weve been to a number or events in the ball room & its always well put together. The suites are wonderful especially for a weekend getaway. The Spa goes above and beyond to accommodate you. The old fashion carrousel is gorgeous and a great family attraction. They seem to be building all around the newer area & were looking forward to that. Weve been to a wedding at the cottage. The grounds are pretty but your right off 25A. Not much privacy and you have to walk from one building to the next. Very commercial floor to ceiling carpet. Having a holiday party is perfect ! But if you want the private intimacy of a wedding, I would search around for sure. Otherwise East wind is a beautiful place !

My fiance and I were absolutely amazed at our first glance of east wind. We were greeted with a high level of respect and felt right away that all the staff members were attentive to the needs of their guests. As soon as we sat down and met with Faith , she had us sold. She made us feel confident how perfect our day would be. Every time we visit East wind we are greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Thank you Faith and all the staff at East wind for all of your support and help. We are ready to have a party of a life time. Looking forward to our big day. Cant wait... to celebrate our love. Love from the happy couple, Chrissy and Sammy
