My husband grew up in Southington, and while weve spent the last decade living in Seattle and now Virginia, we ALWAYS make time to visit this adorable family restaurant any time were visiting family in Connecticut. This was my first introduction to Connecticuts thriving Italian food culture. Being from rural Pennsylvania, I was blown away the first time his family took me here over a decade ago, and every trip back feels like coming home. The ultimate feel good comfort food. Every dish on their menu is solid Italian fare, but I almost always order the veal Francais or veal Marsala as those two dishes are my personal favorites. The veal is so tender it can be cut with a fork and the sauce/gravy for these two dishes has become the standard that I compare all other versions to. My husbands family has many fond memories of coming here throughout his childhood, and they always recognize us despite the fact that we dine here about twice a year. Excellent service, delicious food, good wine, and a true family experience. Absolutely love this place and the family that runs it! Looking forward to many more years of delicious food and fond memories!

On a recent visit to Ct., stopped in for a meal at this wonderful restaurant. The food is simply outstanding! Ive been eating linguini and clams since I was a young boy (a long time ago) and theirs was the best Ive ever eaten. (no exaggeration) Prices are very reasonable and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend this to a friend with no hesitation.

Ive been there about half-a-dozen times. Im 50% Italian and have rarely had such wonderful Italian food. It doesnt look like a great restaurant from the outside, but sit down and eat the food. Youll be extremely glad you did. Also, to update the information from a reviewer above, I went on a Tuesday and they had their fabulous garlic/olive oil bread dipping oil.

Tuscany has amazing food and service; its our first choice for Italian. Theyre always friendly and accommodating. The shrimp scampi, seafood combo, and fettucini alfredo are just a few of our favorites, but you cant go wrong with any of the food they serve and theyre garlic oil is the best Ive ever had.

Tiny, great italian restaurant. Most excellent olive oil/ garlic dipping sauce Ive ever tasted. Alas, only available on Friday and Saturday nights! Excellent pasta sauces, amazing tomato/basil pizza. Wonderful, friendly service, real family atmosphere. Recommended without any reservation!
