Great service, delicious food, fun decor. Oh, the memories. I used to go every Sunday afree church for years before moving. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Just went for business lunch with party of 6, and it was just as great as I remembered. The fajitas are delicious, salsa has a bit of a kick to it but not overly spicy (coming from someone who has trouble with spicy food). Server was upbeat, very nice, checked in every so often, and the food was out quickly. Apparently they also serve nonalcoholic versions of drinks now (i.e. pina collata), so might try one of those next time Im in the area

This place was a lot better than I expected, especially for a chain. The food was pretty good and was brought out in a timely manner. I had the nachos which were great for the price, and my girlfriend had the empanadas which were surprisingly great (especially with the queso.) They brought out chips and salsa for the short wait until we got our food without even having to ask. When the waitress brought us our check, she asked us all if we would like extra chips and queso to take home with us which was completely free of charge (we said yes, obviously.)

Jamila was our server and she was amazing! She is above your regular waitress. We have a infant so we like to sit in the back corner which usually at other places, we barely see the server and get left.. not with her, she makes you feel like home. Shes so kind and she interacts well with babies, really positive and upbeat! The food is great too! The tortilla soup is the best Ive had. Management is kind, everyone there is good with customer service!

I really have to say but On the Border in Orange Connecticut is my favorite restaurant the help is phenomenal it is great atmosphere and if anybody has any complaints about a server putting a plate in his hands shame on them try working in this business and do what we do for a living I dont think hed be able to handle it so when anybody has complained too bad try this job for 6 months and then come back and tell me how it is

Decent place and food. The rhythm of getting the items to the table could have been better. BTW, whatever happened to beer mugs? These huge circular glasses are BS. Also, the first on e is frosted, whats wrong with the second one? When a spicy food such as salsa is served, drinks should be pronto! For that I must go to 3 stars

Food is very good. The service is normally very good also. Price is very reasonable. Good dinner and good value for families. Sign up for the emails also, I get special deals emailed to me pretty often. I got an email yesterday that kids eat for free, so I took my son here for dinner tonight.

On the Border was a safe option for Mexican, though not like the authentic options. We recently went there after a revised menu and were surprised with the bland options we were served with. We definitely will not recommend this place again, unless better options are available

I called in a pick-up order for one cheese quesidilla. Upon entering, I waited five minutes, with multiple employees not aknowledging me. When I finally asserted myself into two employees conversation, I still waited, another fifteen minutes for my cheese quesidilla.
