IHOP (International House of Pancakes) is a chain restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch all day long. However, it is a franchise and do not have consistent menu offerings if you were to eat at another IHOP. For example, I used to eat at an IHOP in California where I always got the same thing; 1 ½ orders of Swedish crepes and a chocolate milkshake. This particular location do not offer milkshakes. I have asked several servers at this location and they all say “no”. I have gone to other locations where they offer milkshakes but do not offer a side order of crepes. So it could be a hit-&-miss of what you like from IHOP. Again, this particular location do not offer milkshakes. The IHOP located in Manchester does offer both side orders of crepes and milkshakes. I asked for a glass of iced-tea. The server brought it to me and it was cloudy in transparency. I asked her what was wrong with it and she stated that they usually add cream or half-&-half. I thought this to be a very unusual thing to add to iced-tea, and requested one without the cream added. Service is okay.

I love IHOP and I used to go to this one quite a bit in the past. However, I wont do so anymore since the service has gradually become simply terrible. Its been getting progressively slower and slower over the years and now its almost non-existent. The last time I was there it wasnt busy at all. In fact there were many empty tables, but none of the waiting customers were getting them. We had to wait forever to get a table. There was an obscene number of costumers waiting before and after me. There were so many of us that there was barely any space for all of us by the entrance... Why we had to wait so long even though there were empty tables and plenty of waitresses is beyond me. I wont return.

I came here today on 8/12/2017 for my free pancakes birthday invite. Was greeted . Was not overly friendly . Was professional . Couldnt use my free pancakes birthday coupon because I didnt print it out . So I ordered the Turkey dinner with a salad. Had to remind Paula for my salad dressing choice . Was not overly friendly here but again professional. My salad arrived was not very appealing but was good. Food came right after Paula delivers it. Was not happy with that . I felt rushed. Overall food was good . There was a tall good looking gentleman who removed my empty dishes . Who greeted me with a smile . First one since I been here .

This is my go to spot for breakfast with my grandmother, but its not my favorite. For some unknown reason she loves this place. I just dont get it. Every time Im here the table is sticky and the food tastes like something youd get from the frozen food section. If you really want a quality set of pancakes or eggs then go check out one of the many diners or family run places in the area.

I hop is so so good. They have the best strawberries and cream crepes. Their new double dipped French toast is delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. Me and my grandmother go all the time together. I recently went with her and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was so good. All these bad reviews are not true this is the best place.

The food was barely palatable. I know its an IHOP so you cant expect too much but the service was horrible. The manager (whos there every time Ive been there) is a creepy lecher. He shamelessly, tastelessly flirts and "jokes" with everyone, even when the person clearly isnt amused. He is one of those managers who regularly sexually harasses both employees and customers.

I dont understand why people say its your server!maybe its the cooks people.the waitress is not cooking your food.they pick up the food and bring it to you.when they say anything to the cook the cook yells at them.stick up for your waitress..to the ones that keep complaining...why do u keep going back..oh I no Free food!!!!

Food was good, but management would not take a $5 coupon that we received a week prior from another IHOP... Even though this was the very same coupon they were giving their own customers for buying a gift card. So this IHOP doesnt consider itself apart of all the other ihop restaurants. Good food... Poor management.

Went twice in a week and had great service both times. The food is ...well, IHOP. I think everybody knows what theyre getting from IHOP at this point. Standard diner food. Nothing to write home about, but its old faithful. The service is always what counts most at these places and theyre just dandy :)

Walked in greeted by hostess, manager sat me and didnt ask what I wanted to drink, 14 tables in my section only 5 tables sat. Two servers I shouldnt have to wait 10 mins just to get a drink order in. Food was delicious! Kudos to the chef, but the customer service absolutely horrible!

Service is beyond bad. "What service?" is a better statement. The food takes too long, the wait is too long, and they always mess up the order. Heres a thought: write my order down! Im not impressed by servers who aim to remember (and then screw up) my order.

They have amazing food, like literally, I would go to battle against a nation armed with only a butter knife for almost anything on their menu. Come at me dragon, I ha e the fuel of their stuffed strawberry French toast to push my determination!

My girlfriend and I usually enjoy our breakfasts here together, but the stuffed French toast she really enjoys is no longer on the menu. So we dont come here as much. Otherwise that, the place is great. Lots of parking. Staff is friendly.

Only been here once but one of my favorites. Was seating quickly and served quickly on a Saturday morning. Very large Omelettes compared to other Ihops I been to, very happy to see more food.

I really liked IHOPs of Newington. Been there like 4 times. My favorite food from IHOPs was the Pancakes with Eggs and Bacon. Another good one for the breakfast spot.

Not sure if the waitress was having a bad day or not but the service was horrible. This makes for a bad meal and experience overall. I havent returned ever since.

Good place for a morning breakfast with family.. nice staff. nice crowd, usually family with kids so its noisy. Avoid if u like to eat in a quite place.
