PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK and get a receipt! They claim that the cupcakes are baked daily, fresh that morning. If that is so, then why was one of my cupcakes stale? Yes...STALE! I paid $5 for a stale cupcake. The cupcake top was hard and chewy, and the stem was flaky. The cupcake was not moist. When I called NORA about the un-palatability cupcake, the woman on the phone was extremely nasty to me! Assuming that they refrigerate leftover cupcakes, the shelf life of a bakery cupcake in the fridge is 2-4 days. My stale cupcake was probably older. WARNING: The cupcake may look delicious on top, but it could be stale and old under the icing! Advice to NORA: 1. If you are going to sell old cupcakes, then charge a lower price. 2. Retrain your staff. Phone etiquette is important too.

Poor customer service. I walked in to Noras, blantently told the woman at the counter that this is my first time visiting. Ive heard wonderful compliments on their cupcakes so I wanted to see for myself. I let the couple behind me go in front of me because I wasnt sure what I wanted to order. I waited a total of 15 minutes before being acknowledged a second time. It was obvious that this woman was the only one working the counter but she was not friendly, nor attentive. When she finally approached me, I asked her opinion on two cupcakes that I couldnt decide to purchase. She couldve upsold me on both but dismissed the opportunity and barely gave me her opinion. Overall, was very dissatisfied with her customer service skills. Dont recommend visiting. Will tell others, wont go back.

Ive been to Noras 4 times in 2 years. The first time I picked a few up for my fiancés birthday and they were amazing. Flavorful unique and moist. The next two times we were so disappointed. Nothing like the first time. The cake was hard and dry and the frosting was very grainy and not much flavor to it. Finally we went about a week ago on a Friday and got 3 different cupcakes. We are so glad we went back because they were delicious. Blueberry buckle was life changing! Also got the peanut butter banana, and bourbon apple crumble. All were amazing, moist and the frostings were not hard but soft and smooth. Pretty pricey at $5 per cupcake but when they are good it is definitely worth it.

Today was my first time here with my boyfriend and we had such a great time. The woman there was so friendly and patient and she told us which were the best selling cupcakes and which ones she loved. It was a great experince. The cupcakes were really great too!!! I had the carrot cake and the cream cheese frosting was the best Ive ever had hands down and the cake was great too. My boyfriend got this rainbow one it was super cute and when he bit into it a bunch of sprinkles and mini m&ms came out of the middle it was AMAZING!!! So much fun we are going back next week....so excited :)

I love the German chocolate cupcake that is one of my favorites. I wasnt a huge fan of the cookie dough cupcake tho. I actually went and brought almost $100 worth of cupcakes from Noras within going for three days in a row bc I love the cupcakes and it became a hangout spot with my friend. Wish that once you reach the 75 points they can give you like a 6 pack of free cupcakes instead of only one free cupcake since it costs a lot to get there. Other than that its worth it

Good cupcakes, but unfortunately management has no integrity. Carrie (the owner) is dishonest and rude. We had a verbal agreement with her after several meetings and discussions. She not only is refusing to honor our agreement, but feels the need to be condescending on top of it. I would not recommend using Nora Cupcake Co. for any event. If you do, make sure you get everything in writing.

The display case tells a lot with so many choices. all have wonderful fillings. I love coconut so a mounds style for me but then I saw the Cherry bomb and had to try that one also. You can stay and have a coffee tea or beverage of choice . or take them to go. They have great containers to make them travel well so they look as good when you get them home as they look in the case.

A unique experience walking into the store. Another extraordinary experience eating a face sized cupcake. One of the bigger ones youll ever eat. Consider sharing to get your moneys worth. Not your typical flavors either. They even have a cupcake truck around town. What a fun company

Would not return, customer service was terrible and it took about 45 minutes to get two coffees and 6 cupcakes despite there being a total of 2 customers inside when we entered. The $5 cupcakes were dry and unflavorful. They were really nice to look at.

Excellent cupcakes with a vast array of flavors! The bakery has a funky, modern feel that mashes great with their superb cupcakes. Only a few flavors are made each say and they will shut down early if they sell out, so come early!! AWESOME!

Rad spot. Cool decor. Killer tunes. Lots of great stuff to buy and look at and its all local. Vegan and Gluten-Free cupcakes. Coffee and other beverages. They even make dog treats. They do weddings and parties too. Check them out.

Great options for gluten free/vegan customers, but cupcakes tend to run out. Closed on Mondays, and cupcakes are a little on the stale side towards the end of the week. Tuesday/Wedbesday is the best time to go

Thoroughly underwhelmed with the cupcakes. WAY overpriced for what you get. I gave an extra star because the coffee actually wasnt bad and was surprisingly cheap considering the price of the cupcakes.
