Their service sucks you literally need a whole hour out of your day to stand there and wait to get served. no one is ever in the front at the cash register . then when the cashier comes there waiting for a manager who struggles and takes their time after they see a whole long line waiting. the orders are never made correctly and meat in the middle of the sandwiches are cold even though it supposed to be a hot panini. Ive been going there and All Panera bread for years and it seems like ever since they change their menu earlier this year theyve totally gone downhill they used to could justify their high prices for sandwiches by the quality of food and their service but now I would just avoid going there.

This Panera is awful they hire a bunch of young teenagers who are incompetent of doing the job. I waited 15 minutes for a frozen caramel drink, another lady who was there before me canceled her ice coffee and asked for a refund because it was taking so long. The teenagers behind the counter are very rude and just plop your food or drink on the counter without calling your name, so rude and unprofessional. I will take the extra drive and go to the Panera on the Berlin Turnpike instead

It was horrible I asked for a grilled cheese and I ended up with some soup? Even without a spoon. It was the worst service ever! I saw him put the grilled cheese in the bag and I ended up with soup he put it in the bag and said it was mine when it clearly wasnt. To add to that they didnt have anything there no bread, no Mac and cheese, and no flatbreads and thats what I know of. I am appalled of the service and will never go back to this panera again.

This panara location truly sucks. From drive up window you see kids doing nothing but talking. Guy who took my money also finished my order without changing gloves. I always get the roasted turkey, avocado but. This time they put horseradish mayo instead of olive oil mayo. The avocado was hard. Last time they didnt put bacon on it. Wish there was a way you could see what they are doing. This owner/manager needs to be more involved.

I have no idea why I keep coming here. Our orders are always mixed up, and the drive thru wait time is ridiculously long. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because they are always apologetic about their mixups and are quick to offer to remake the food and give a bonus bakery item. Still, Id rather have my order be correct the first time (and not wait 15 minutes in line). I dont think Ill be coming back.

I am not pleased at all with the Panera here in Wethersfield. The past 4 times I have gone to panera and have ordered something they never have what I want therefore, I end up having to order something else or end up getting nothing at all. It is such a disappointment that every time I go they are out of stock with what I want and what it inconvience it puts me as a customer in. I will not be returning.

This is one of the nicer Paneras I have been to. It is one of the largest, cleanest, and easiest to access. The staff gave us our order in less that 10 minutes of sitting down. And even on a packed day there was enough clean tables to sit at. I give them credit because in this area there are a lot of buisnesses that order from here and now with delievery there is even a bigger influx of orders.

I love Panera Bread Mac and Cheese, I especially enjoyed the conversation I had with a specific cashier. They had my order wrong one day, which I was mad about, but he came over with a warm smile and those hazel eyes and handed me my correct order; I believe his name is Delano Brown. Overall, the food is yummy and service is great a well.

Food is always good..its panera but they always get my order wrong. Definitely need more training. 1/13/2017: yet again another wrong order. This Panera needs some serious help with making sure an order for a customer is correct!!! I wont be going there anymore. Highly disappointed. Like what is wrong with you..."you had 1 job"

Just called about the panera delivery, and the kid was very rude he just hung up on me. My salon was very excited about because we always order out to the same places, and where calling to place an order and the kid said it doesnt start till April and hung up on me.

My place of work has ordered lunch from this location quite a few times. At least half the time the order is incorrect. The manager who hands orders to customers is constantly placing their bare hands all over peoples food. We will never order from panera again.

The service was good Food was not all that great. I thought it was not very fresh or recently made. Coffee was warm, not hot, smoothie was very liquidy as if not made very recent. No croutons for soups
