I was happy with the food, the portions, and the service, but adding a forced 15% gratuity to my check was unacceptable. Im an excellent tipper. DO NOT EVER. EVER. FORCE me to tip. Last week I tipped on top of it. but I will NEVER go here again, as long as they continue to play the forced tip game. Seriously, the owner must be crazy to do something like this. I understand that Waitstaff need to make their money, as they are paid less that the usual minimum, but Im good on forced tipping. Go AWAY 3 brothers, we dont need your greed. Its truly a pity when someplace local falls into the greed of a franchise or chain. Good luck surviving, with your theft, 3 brothers. NO MORE FORCED TIPS!!!!!!!!!! Its a total, 100% dick move. Im going to Acropolis Diner for ALL of my diner needs. I hope you close, you greedy idiots.

Went on a very busy Christmas morning. Food was okay. Had to send 1st order back because it was cold. They replaced it in record time. No big deal, it happens sometimes. I didnt like that I was trying to be convinced of a meal and beverage that I didnt order. Im sure food and service would have been better if it wasnt sooo busy. There understandably wasnt time for them to communicate well as they were making room for incoming customers. I gave it 3 stars because we were seated with no wait. Which as I said before, is probably the reason the food and service was lacking in quality. Would return again and give it another shot on a slower day. Im sure it will be much better.

I called at 10:45 pm. Because there menu states that they stop delivery at 11pm. The lady on the phone told me they already stopped delivery. And I pointed out to her that it was not yet 11pm. She said "Oh well our driver is in fair haven right now then he is going home." Wow I didnt know delivery service depended on how far the driver was. And I only like 3 mins away driving from the restaurant. Horrible horrible service. Im calling more than pizza.

There customer service is horrible!!!! I ordered food them and they forgot my sryup, and only served me one slice of bacon. The food was cold and uncooked. My advice, if you dont accept orders where I am then DONT TAKE MY FREAKING ORDER!!!! Im done with three brother and I wont ever go there again

I went there yesterday for the first time and I was impressed with the service, the food and how clean the restaurant was. I liked how moist and delicious the home fries was (I cant stand how some restaurants serve you crispy dried potatoes as home fries) over all I highly recommend this place!

Just left wanted a steak and cheese early this morning. Steak was mot chopped well. Onions was not cook. The sandwich was terrible. Only Good for breakfast not hot sandwiches. I wasted my money and so pissed off about. She have went to a corner store for a 4 dollar steak and cheese sandwich.

Ordered three smoothies, very delicious. Also ordered some hot wings. Next time specify what you mean by "hot" whether this is temperature wise or spicy cause the hot wings I ordered were piss poor, had no spicy sauce on them and looked like Scooby snacks. In conclusion, meh.

Ive eaten here for years. Its a family owned/run diner. Casual atmosphere. Open 24 hours. Foods great, super waitstaff, friendly and helpful, varied menu, good soups. Breakfast any time you want. They offer carryout and delivery. Eat here; feel like family.

Going through a bit of a face lift inside and out, but dont let it fool you. My family of five ate for $55 and the food was fresh, fast and delicious. Would go again.
