Love the food. The chicken is bomb. No one makes chicken like they do. The fries are awesome and the frosted lemonade is like my entire world. The employees are super nice and helpful. I do have one bone to pick with you, though. Pickles. Every single time I go to this location and get the classic Chick-Fil-A sandwich it usually comes with 3 pickles. Thats cool, but I like your pickles a lot and I always ask for extra. Literally 80% of the time when they repeat my order back to me they say "no pickles" and Im like "No no no, I said EXTRA pickles". When I get my sandwich it still only has 3 pickles. Thats not extra, thats the default. Ive only ever gotten like 5 pickles on there literally one time. Just once. On the sticker on the sandwich it says extra pickles, so Im not sure why they arent actually on there. Im not really sure if Im being charged extra for them, but if you do charge for extra pickles then Ive been robbed of pickles at least a dozen times. You lose a star for holding out on me. When I say I want extra pickles I want more than the default 3. You need to work on this. Will update to 5 stars when I finally get my extra pickles. Update 6/10/17: Still no change. Yesterday I asked for "extra, extra, extra pickels" and you gave me 4. I really like pickels. I dont know exactly how much pickels cost, but youd think it was your number one expense. Took off another star because of this. Its frustrating. You can do better.

I like the selections offered even though it is limited to chicken for meat. They do have meatless salads, fruit cups, and vegetables that vary. Their shakes are really good and thick. If you like spicy chicken, they have a great one however if you dont like your mouth burning, I suggest ordering the "Deluxe since the lettuce and tomato really help cut the heat. You order at the counter, get a number to put on the table you choose to sit at and they bring it to you. The workers are always cheerful and the place is always clean.

Obviously Chic-fil-a is awesome. This review is more to correct the location information. The map and picture make it out to seem this is by Stew Leonards, which it is not. It is on the other side of federal road between BJs and Costco. So, you can take care of your chicken sandwich craving and all you bulk shopping all at the same time. ENJOY!!

This is one of my favorite places in danbury. The staff is great and they are very helpful. There isnt alot of places you can take your kids and feel so comfortable with them being kids. They give back to the community by offering spirit nights for schools and also reach out to individuals in need. Great Place to spend your money, time and study.

First time I went in I told the floor manager that Ive never been there and I didnt know what to order, and what could he recommend. He didnt disappoint. Food is the freshest and the value for the money is incredible. I just wish they had more restaurants so Id never visit the M restaurant again, like, ever. 5 stars.

This super friendly staff looks for ways to assist you. One even coming to our table to offer to refill our beverage. Tasty chicken sandwich and salted waffle fries made with the potato skins still visible. Chick-fil-A is not the most inexpensive fast food, but you are getting a quality experience.

I roll in at 9:58 on a Friday. Two minutes before theyre about to close. Justin (my server) and everyone else was soooo happy to see me, and get me some delicious chicken. I dont know who they hire or how, but everyone there was great. Even right at closing time. Such good chicken.

At first I didnt like it here, but they have good actually all white meat unprocessed chicken AND they put pickles on the chicken sandwiches and thats clutch. The down side is that its expensive. I am a big guy and I cant feel full with ten dollars here and thats a serious problem.

Fantastic fast chicken and glorious waffle fries!!! Super friendly staff...I mean they say "my pleasure" after anything you ask them...good luck with that at other chains...family friendly and great value. Im so glad CFA is finally in CT!

Fast, courteous service. Great tasting food (especially with the Chick Fill A sauce). Long lines are processed quickly and my food is always on my table within minutes of ordering. I highly recommend this establishment.

This place is great. Although I try not to eat fast food too often, when I do get a craving for this place I always give in to it. The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite and waffle fries are delicious.

The staff is amazing here, wonderful service and the chicken is fresh and amazingly delicious. The breakfast menu is the best kept secret, chicken minis and jalapeno salsa, delicious!
