I ordered a Rueben on NY Rye. What came out was a sandwich that was huge with thick bread. NY Rye is not white, puffy, 1" thick bread. Swiss cheese is not a flat cheese single with no holes. Pastrami and corned beef are sliced- not chipped. Russian dressing is not mayonnaise. We were genuinely surprised to find that when I removed the bread that there was less than 2 oz. of meat, and none was corned beef, and the pastrrami was apparently left over shavings because it was chipped and mixed in with the cole slaw like hash. Seriously a dissapointing experience. I called the manager over, an unpleasant and unaoplogetic man with a bad attitude who failed on every customer service level. He didnt aplologize for the sandwich not matching the menu description or for the experience. When I asked for it to be redone he said he would have to charge US FOR A SECOND SANDWICH. ( spoke with the owner and he later told me there was 7 ounces of meat or supppsed to be). When I asked to talk to the owner he refused to give us contact information or reveal his (managers) name. An entirely negative experience for me. I had been 2 other times and had good experiences- never ate in the bar before - but wont be back at all to patronize this place ever again. If the owners feel this is their best rep, there are many other places were happy to patronize that are honest- well intentioned- and serve what they advertise, with an eye on the patron being happy. It would have cost nothing to remake the sandwich. At the end of it all, despite not eating it, and complaining, it was on our bill.

Ordered a chilli platter, it tasted odd, not like any chilli I ever tried before, almost had some odd curry flavor. Not tasty at all. Even though I barely touched the dish and voiced my displeasure with its taste, I was not offered a customary "if you dont like it, let me offer you something else, or not charge for it." The bartender acted as if that was normal, nothing happened, and proceeded to charge for the meal. The service was impersonal, we fell like we were a money source, not a valued customer. The regular wine was kind of expensive too, the price stood out from among the peer restaurants for no good reason. Were not going back to this place.

Best night of my life. I was reluctant to go. But gave into my best friend who has been there. We started with there special wing of the day. Blueberry something. As crazy as it sounded to me. I went with it. Oh my god!!! They were so delicious. Then she had fish tacos. Best I ever had. And I had a Swiss burger. Cooked to perfection. My mouth is watering thinking of little pub. Its early. Maybe I will call my friend and see if we can go tonight.

We went in the other night for dinner for the first time. The experience was less than desirable. The food came out cold, we had empty glasses for a while, the servers were all talking in a group, not paying attention to the patrons there. We could see the customers sitting near us were also aggravated. Total disappointing experience. We will not be returning!

Nice decorated, bad service, bad food, highest price... They should taste their food before served to customers... Tables and chairs are filthy ... I am wondering if the good reviews were written by their employees!

Bad service. Disresptful. The busser served us our food then left while i asked him a question. Then proceeded to flirt with girls at the bar. You legit have to wait over 20 mins just to get a check.

The setting is very warm and medieval-chic (in a good way), and the food is surprisingly good. Salads rock. A good place to stop for a dinner if youre on a road trip.
