The owners really believe in making good food, and its clear that is why they want to share it with others. The dishes on the menu are made with unique ingredients, but only top quality, organic, healthy ones. I was very curious as I had never eaten anything quite like what they were offering, but wow it was so delicious and satisfying. I felt good after eating my meal, both for my health, and for my conscience. The zucchini pasta dinner was full of flavor, and there are many amazing sweets to follow it up with. The service was down to earth and very friendly, and even knowledgeable if you have questions. The meals and the atmosphere are small and simple, but what they contain are rich with quality.

This place is so-so in my opinion. A bit pricey for the serving sizes, and the food doesnt always do it for me. I know that they take the quality of their food very seriously, but Ive had much more flavorful raw food before. I was going there frequently for a while because I was so thrilled to have a vegan restaurant in town. Whenever I go I feel a little put out that I spent more than I wanted to and didnt enjoy my food as much as I could have. I highly recommend the smoothies, salads and desserts. The entrees are hit or miss. Their community involvement is cool though, and Im all for local businesses.

I love what Catch a Healthy Habit is doing for the health movement... its a place where people are encouraged to share ideas, learn, attend classes and lectures, as well as the only place in Fairfield county to get a true raw food experience.... great food, chill atmosphere, and a way to get food that I really dont want to take the time to make at home, and a really knowledgeable staff... kudos to this place all around.

OMG! Finally a place where I can eat EVERYTHING on the menu!!! Everything is vegan, gluten-free and soy free. I had the nori roll. It was so good, I literally turned around, drove back 15 minutes in the opposite direction and ordered TWO more rolls for later. Incredible!!!! Fresh, tasty, healthy and their tea selection is wonderful as well. Highly recommend for health nuts.

You cant go into this place without hearing about their multi-level marketing plan that they want to sign you up for. They do their best to pedal their products to you. You cant just get a smoothie without them insisting on you converting to a rawfoodie. The smoothies are flavorless and not worth the long wait.

I LOVE this place. It is so needed in CT, too. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I also love that I can stock up on items that I used to go into the city for - or order online. I will drive 45 minutes just to get take out :) Yummm.

Amazing concoctions, lots of variety, and knowledgeable staff. Great location as well -- 150 yards from the train station.

By far the best restaurant to eat and learn. They always have something educational on a weekly basis.
