Since this place opened, I believe around 2001, there have been 2 employees you will have to interact with and want to slap in the face. The delivery driver, who laughs at your tip and demands more is one. The other is the guy at the counter. He is the meanest most miserable human being I have ever met. God forbid you dont know exactly what you want to order when you see him or talk to him on the phone. He sighs and mumbles to himself in disgust. If he rings up your order and you tell him your going to add a soda too, he gets mad. And theyve both been there for WELL over 10 years!! The food is not good either, all of their sauces are too thick and sweet. The service will leave you in awe! Youll be asking yourself, "Did that delivery guy just demand more cash from me? Did he really laugh when I gave him $3 for $13 worth of food, and he only drove a mile?" Do yourself a big favor, spend a little extra at wild ginger around the corner.

service way better than it used to be. a couple of weeks ago i ordered and got a nice younger girl and tonight a nice asian man. surprised as i always used to dread calling bc the guy who answered the phone was always so mean. anyway, besides the nicer service, the food is pretty good. i really like the hot and sour soup - good kick. the dieters steamed shrimp and veg is great and good value - i got almost 10 shrimp for maybe $12. egg rolls arent as wide as i like but theyre also not greasy thankfully. pork dumplings are very good, id prefer more pork and thinner wrapping but the flavor is very good. i often get the lo main - also always very good. i find most of the time they dont overcook the veg. overall 4 stars out of 5.

nasty. dont waste your money. i ordered crab rangoon and general tso chicken. both were horrible. the crab rangoon had no taste in the filling and it was over fried. the wrapping was super thick. the general chicken was not great as well. and to me, you cant go wrong with that. its pretty simple. but the sauce was sweet and way too thick as well. please save yourself 17 bucks and go somewhere else.

Never again! Food tasted like it was a couple days old. Chicken was hard, dry, and the sauce was dry. The rice was grainy... we got so sick with a headache, drowsy, and dizzy after eating somewhat of the meal. $36 for chicken and rice!!! They have some serious issues there. Definitely reporting them. Do not eat anything from there!

Pretty damn3d good place to eat if you ask me, not the BEST, and slightly overpriced, but the staff are GENERALLY nice and friendly and you can order the whole menu or just 1 item, 10-15 minutes TOPS for it to be ready.

I called to place an order and the guy answering the phone asks me if I have the menu in front of me and if I could speak properly and mumbled something and hung up, so rude! Horrible service, never again.

Biggest jerkoff at the front desk. Is you pause for a minute on the phone while ordering, he tells you to call back wen youre ready. For me, thats never. Food is subpar.

The food is good but they are OVERPRICED! A plate of sesame chicken is 13 dollars and is more like a lunch size 9 pieces of chicken rest is broccoli! NEVER COMING BACK!
