I placed an order for delivery to my place of employment, a few of the employees had ordered food. We called at about 6:30 pm and were told about 45 minutes, after about an hour went by we placed a call and were told "any second now" at about 8:30 without any food still we called back and were again told they were sorry but any minute now. 10 minutes later the delivery man showed up, it has now been over 2 hours since our order was placed, no one was even hungry any more. we politely told the delivery man that we would not be paying for this food as it was over an hour and a half we waited for the delivery. He began to scream and jump around, demanding we pay for the food. We again calmly told him to leave our store and go on because we did not want the order after two hours. this is a childrens place and he was acting very inappropriate cursing and screaming in front of children and their parents on halloween evening! never going back again! terrible service!

While the food is pretty good, this place has a few times messed up my orders on a quiet night. One time they told us 15 min got there in 20, and still had to wait another 15 (wasnt packed). This week again told 15 mins and went there around 20 min and they forgot to make half the order and had to wait for them to make it. Neither time were we compensated for their screw ups. Ill prob eat here again but Im rather annoyed.

I have taste almost every dish from this restaurant for the past year, giving benefit of the doubt everytime. Ì can honestly say that this place has the WORST FOOD QUALITY. Anyone calling it the best food, obviously have no idea what a good quality chinese food is suppose to taste like. Unfortunately this is the only closest chinese restaurant I have from my house.

Best Chinese food in Levittown. Very accommodating. Their normally very busy - so expect a bit of a wait if dropping in or getting a delivery. Polite staff.
