I have been there four or five times. Consistently excellent and interesting food. The waitress yesterday recommended the mussels cooked in a coconut milk and tomato sauce and they were really excellent. Also the ceviche is pretty darn good.. I really liked the salmon Ceviche although I always wish there was more. The white fish Ceviche is also excellent. I am not so keen on all their fried food but that is just Personal Taste. The salad with caramelized beets we had yesterday was really good period Think about going on Tuesdays when they have Taco Tuesdays and tacos are only $5 and there are some cheaper drinks. Also there is a happy hour Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 with some lower-priced eats. My only complaint is that the pre-made things like the salads and the ceviches are coming out of the refrigerator and are too cold to eat.

La nourriture était excellente. Je nai rien à redire à ce propos. Mais celui qui nous servait était très prétentieux. Pour lui, nous étions la plèbe. Du moins, il nous faisait sentir comme tel. De plus, il y avait deux femmes dans le restaurant qui parlaient extrêmement forts. Personne na été les voir pour les avertir. Cétait très désagréable. Je vais y retourner pour le goût et jespère avoir une meilleure expérience.

Went in for Brunch Sunday for my daughters birthday. One in our party was not hungry and the menu only had the $21 3 course brunch. They tried to tell us that everyone at the table must participate. This was ridiculous to me. They would not let me share a plate. They allowed one in our party to not participate but later the owner informed me that normally everyone MUST buy the $21 brunch because it is such a great deal. It took all I had to not tell him what was on my mind. Service was slow and horrible and at no time did we ever feel welcome. They brought out desert menus but never returned to take a desert order. We had to ask for the check. I will never return. Failed attempt at trying to be a high class joint. I will add, the food is very good.

The food is AMAZING! You know youve found a great restaurant when even the bread is one of the greatest things youve ever eaten. I ve eaten there twice and loved my meals both times. Recently I had the pico pollo, carnitas tostones, cubano sliders, and chicken empanadas - all of which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The only thing I have to complain about are the desserts. My sister had the Flan and I had the tres leches - my tres leches was dry and her flan had honey on top instead of caramel. Other than the poorly executed desserts I loved their food and service, and would reccomend this place to anyone in a heart beat. I will definitely be going back!

Did not feel welcomed at all. I would not recommend it to anybody. The staff was rude, they spilled ice water several times while attempting to refill our cups and never cleaned it or apologized. When food was brought to our table it was very rushed. I ordered the "soup of the day" When the waitress brought the soup to the table, she never mentioned what it was instead carelessly set it down and left. The empanadas we ordered were well overdone dry with no flavor. It was ridiculously expensive for such small portions of average food.

My husband and I went there yesterday for Brunch for the first time, and the waitress told us that included on Brunch we got 1 small and 1 large food plus 2 drinks each all for the price of $25,00, and after there they will charge $2,00 for additional drinks. For our surprise we were charge $25,00 each plus the full price of each drink we had. So they were dishonest with us and well never go back. :-( Definitely no other restaurant in Danbury area better for Brunch then BLACK ANGUS GRILL !

My fiance and i had a fantastic evening. The restaurant had an hour wait for a table so we knew the food must be delicious and it definitely was! The presentation was beautiful and even better, moderately priced. The atmosphere felt like not only out at a nice restaurant but a night out with cocktails, apps, n friends. The bartenders service was outstanding! We definitely will be returning and recommending to our friends!

I did not like this place what so ever, first of all the place is really expensive so be prepared to shell out money. Secondly I know that most of the food is "tapas" and little finger foods but its a little ridiculous esp to charge the amount they charge. I ordered a chicken dish and the chicken was really thick and did not have flavor i wouldnt recommend.

Great food, and knowledgeable waitstaff. When you ask them how many tapas plates you should probably order, just follow their advice. Theyll gladly have the chefs throw on another plate but you dont want to just sit there enjoying a delicious mezcal-rita waiting, you want to be putting more tapas in your face WHILE enjoying a delicious mezcal-rita.

Service was wonderful, and drink selection ws slightly above average. Out of my five plates, one was very good, the other four were mediocre. The food was bland and pricey, for the quality. Mezon does not stay true to the hight star reviews that lead me to eat there, especially when there is another tapas restaurant so close by of excellent quality.

From out of town stopped in for lunch with family friend. Was not sure if I would like at first. I was pleasantly surprised. Food was excellent and prices were more than reasonable. Have to try the Yuca fries. Never had before so wanted to try. They are excellent big and crispy and fluffy on the inside. Not greasy at all.

Been here for 5 minutes... Im already impressed! My drink had flames coming out of it, and our app was damn good. I heard from a friend that this place was good, but I had no idea that it was this good. Only thing is that it was very crowded early! Make sure to get here early if you want to not have to sit at the bar.

Friendly staff - unexceptional experience - will try again as the chef has gotten (if the same chef is still there) some high praise - I found the actual ingredients to be of quite low quality - under seasoned pork belly - grocery store quality mesclun mix etc.. Juan the manager was very nice - service was excellent -

An elegant yet casual atmosphere, with a friendly staff that times all the service perfectly. Not rushed, but you dont have to wait long for the next anticipated dish.. Menu have enough variety, with fresh ingredients, and you savour every bite. This coupled with the decor makes it feel like you are in Spain.

Its a great spot! Their sangria is extraordinary! The food is good!Liv Tapas are delicious and nicely presented. Dessert portions are generous. Love the ambience aNd their outdoor patio. The best part is the complimentary Brazilian cheese bread they give out, so yummy!

this is not a place to take parents over 80 yo because of the noise and unconventional offerings. as a foodie, i like the creative tapas dishes and the eclectic offerings. service is friendly. to minimize noise, avoid room that includes the bar.

One of my favorite local restaurants. Expect your taste buds to awaken with small tapas plates of Spanish delicacies prepared just perfect. They make a great Mojito as well! Nice discounted specials during happy hour until 6 pm!
