As opposed to writing an elegant passage as to why you and your family should boycott this restaurant, I will just be straight to the point: 1. The service was disgraceful. We were a party of 9 and they put together just enough tables so we were all on top of one another. The restaurant was empty so I moved a non-occupied table of two (please note that this was how they sat us to begin with; by putting together tables of two) to give us a little extra room (no fire hazard zone or anything). After sitting there for awhile, our waiter came over and with an accusatory tone, made a huge deal about us moving over the table and physically moved my belongings and the table back (mind you the restaurant was empty and there were about 10 visible table of twos that not one person sat at). 2. After that incident, the waiter brought out everyones dinner except mine. I waited over 15 minutes and he did not come over once to check on me and give me an update on my salad (clearly the hardest thing to make on the menu...) 3. One of my family members went to inquire about my food and he rolled his eyes and was disrespectful. My mother went to speak to management and he just stared at my mother as if she was from another dimension and did not come over to discuss the service and our experience. He then made a hand gesture as if dismissing her... treating her as if she was beneath him. As a former waitress, this is beyond disrespectful. As patrons, we pay for service and any establishment I have ever been a part of, always valued and cared that each customer receive exceptional and differentiated service. I can say with 100% certainty, that the management and staff at the celebrity diner does not share this value. They only care about taking your money and doing as little as possible. I personally will never go back to the celebrity diner. I highly recommend you and your families do the same. A place like that does not deserve to be in the restaurant business and does not deserve our money! PS- no one ever sat at the table of two (or any of the other non-occupied tables of twos in our area) while we were there

Have come here for breakfast many years, but quality has deteriorated (portions are smaller) and the service is appalling. Today, the waiter neglected to provide options for the add-ons that came with our breakfast orders; we were only able to get them when we saw it on the menu and asked. At the end, the waiter also lectured my mother on her coffee consumption (3rd cup; for reference, there were times where we came with family friends and chatted all morning and had coffee refills with no fuss)....before calling her "honey." His words were, "No more coffee for you, honey. Youre drinking too much, honey." Drinking coffee has never been a problem before and should not be a problem now. Even if there is a new coffee limit policy, we should have been notified, not judged after the fact. And the way the waiter made the comment was inexcusable. Calling female customers "honey" while lecturing them (without proper cause*) makes a situation worse. This isnt a matter of service -- no one should call any woman "honey." We have been there for years. The complimentary muffins at the beginning of the meal were always a highlight. I doubt we will we be returning to this place ever again. *we know its without proper cause because the manager was confused about the coffee limit when we complained to him, and said that there is nothing wrong with 3 cups

Went for dinner at approx 6pm. Ordered the patty-melt w fries and a coffee. Was very clean, I was seated promptly, served coffee immediately. The waiter I consider top notch. He was fast, and very polite and attentive. Food was good and after eating I checked into the motel across the street. I just got done throwing up my food 5 mins ago. I have been trying to sleep, but my stomach has hurt all night. Also, one thing that IRKS ME- IN A LINE TO PAY YOUR CHECK IT IS IN ORDER OF WHO IS IN LINE FIRST- THE LADY AT THE REGISTER RANG YP THE MAN BEHIND ME FIRST- IN ADDITION HE WAS PAYING BY CREDIT CARD AND THEY HAVE A SIGN IN THE COUNTER SAYING THEY PREFER CASH PAYMENTS- WHICH I HAD. In my opinion, the serving size was a touch small for $12.95 for a patty melt. I am thankful for social media as this post is my only consolation for the past 6 hours of stomach pain.

My father and i went there for breakfast and after about 30 minuet we got our check and still did not receive our food after about 45 minuets we talked to the manager due to us still not getting our food and the server argued with us about how we got your food when we never did. After an hour finally got your food. Aftet we eat we had to wait to get get the cheack again because the manager took the first one we got. When i went up to pay i asked about if there was any dicount for the inconvenience or if they where doing anything for veterans day cuz i am a vet. There was not discount and we had to pay full price. We will not go back to this dinner.

Its the most expensive diner Ive ever been to. I initially thought the prices were in another currency until the waiter confirmed that its USD. The food is mediocre, so not sure why they need to bend you over. I will not come back.

Excellent service and the food is great! While they offer the traditional diner fare, their dinners are excellent as well and generous portions. My only complaint is that they serve Pepsi and Im a Coca-Cola person.

Fast seating and service even on a busy Saturday for lunch. The food was delicious and plentiful. I had the gyro melt and I would go back again for that. It was like a gyro pizza, stuffed with all the toppings.

I placed a $150 order to take out. They left out 1 side dish, the gravy for the potatoes and the grilled onions for the steaks. George, the previous owner, would never have allowed this to happen.

Prices are ridiculous, service is sup par at best, just drive by it and find some where else to eat... I am 100% sure wherever you end up will be better than this place!
