We usually come here all the time (it being our hangout spot where we take our families), but tonight on 3/21/16, there was a blonde guy and blonde girl with curly hair (who I overheard another table say she was a complete b*tch), and a brunette. We had the absolute worst service ever. One of us had been turned down another drink because the guy there said he was "slurring his words". He WASNT! His stepfather went to the guy working explaining to him that his step son was absolutely not drunk (did i mention he had only 1?). After his stepfather talked to him, the worker said "too bad". Did I mention we were mug club members? We cancelled after tonight. We never even got.our fries we ordered.. We have never been so mistreated so badly in our 2 years in Vail. Thanks employees to a terrible expierence for our family in Vail. We will not be coming back to Altitude. Well be going to the Ale House from now on.

Were told by a staff member that they were open and would be with us in a minute, and another dopy looking dude came in less than a minute later and kicked us out claiming they werent open....this was after 2pm.....cant give zero stars....

They were low staff on a Sat Night so service sucked but I blame management for that so props to the one waiter who was servicing everyone out on the dinning area. The portions matched the price of there food so that was definitely nice.

Good food, fairly priced drinks. Has pool, darts, ping pong, foosball, and some arcade games. Lots of TVs for sports viewing. Large space, good for groups.

A nice sports bar that is a little off the path. Its never really "popping" but It does have the best TV situation in town. Reasonably prices but not great
