This isnt my first time at this particular Baskin Robbins, possibly the most courteous and helpful employees I may have ever encountered. Today I picked up an ice cream cake for my mother, and before I got to the cashier, Jennifer hollered at me from a corner and asked if I would like some writing on the cake. I said "absolutely". The most beautiful "Happy Birthday, Mom" I have ever seen, Jennifer is definitely an artist! Thank you Baskin Robbins on University! You have the most wonderful employees, and I am referring to everytime I have ever gone there!:)

I will drive up to 50th rather than go to this one. They serve old, burnt coffee, I grew up in New England and have never had a DD give me nasty coffee. I buy the bagged coffee all the time and they can never answer whether or not it is on sale, plus never seem to have whole bean on the shelf. Need to have a little more management attention to this store. Been a DD coffee customer for about 40 years so this isnt a random buyer.

Love this place. Even when they are busy I get a smile and a "welcome to dunkin!" The staff is awesome and somehow remembers my kiddos and I when we come in. They make my favorite drink, caramel cappuccino blast, and I love seeing the new holiday donuts that they come out with.

The donuts are never warm, even in the morning on my way to work/ class at 7:30 am. Also their coffee is overly sugary. People who dont like the taste of coffee seem to love their coffee, because the sugar masks the coffee taste.

My wife just got food poisoning from their coffee creamer or from the mixer not being clean. How we know it was them is my wife and her friend both had the same coffee from there and now 24hrs later are very sick

The store is clean. The staff could be a little less snooty. I had a large order and the cashier seemed pissed off by that fact. They gave me extra hash browns but forgot my 2 smoothies.

Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins in one... nuff said! You have to try a plain glazed with a scoop of your choice on top. Make sure you arent diabetic first though!
