After reading some reviews online, and meeting one of their drivers who was on another delivery, I decided to give Wing Shack a try. My wife and I ordered our 12 Honey BBQ wings, made it a meal - which includes regular fries and a drink (with celery - nice addition at no charge) - at 6:40pm. We were told about a 45 minute delay (understandable with the icy road conditions in the area), BUT the food arrived at our door at 7:10pm! 30 minutes! Unlike one of the other reviews I read, our food was piping-hot, with a very courteous young man delivering our food. After our delivery man left, my wife and I went back to our office to give the wings a go. Perfect... Honey BBQ covered the box lightly (but not to lightly - good portion), slightly crispy on the outside, juicy meat on the inside of every wing! The fries had good flavor, but were slightly sagging from the trip over ( no biggie, we enjoy them that way). The celery was chopped into bite size pieces and were crunchy - the way they are supposed to be. The Pepsi I ordered came in a medium styrofoam cup, that was 2/3 Pepsi, 1/3 ice, brought it to the right temperature. My wife and I will definitely be back again, Thank you for you service!

Ive ordered from here a few times. Our other experiences trying out the menu have been decent. In no mood to cook it was easy to get family approval for take out. We ordered our selections. I decided on chicken strips, which i felt were a bit pricey but the sandwiches I had tried previously were pretty good and after all this is "wing shack" so the chicken items must be their speciality. What i got was flat processed out of a bag chicken tenders. The kind you can pick up at SAMS CLUB or COSTCO and literally purchase a case for what i paid for an order of 6. Now Im for supporting local business but for the quality+price= GREED has turned me off this place. Step your game up Wing Shack. I know from experience you can provide a higher quality product using freshly inhouse breaded and fried chicken breasts that are worthy of the prices you charge. You should be ashamed. Delivery times are always refreshing and for that tried adding another star but Google Made me stick with the one. Maybe it sensed my growling stomach since dinner wasnt edible.

We ordered the daily special of large (20-24) boneless wings with a free large order of fries, but what we got was disappointing. It was literally popcorn chicken bite sized boneless wings with more oil than sauce. We also got a chili cheese dog. My partner said it was good. Not the best but not the worst. Gravy fries were just as they read. Gravy and fries and nothing else. No cheese. Those were "good" a three star in its own right. The chili cheese dog was a 3.5 mainly because it was a Nathans Hotdog. So it was fairly hardy and beefy. It was overall a kind of a let down. The price was decent not too bad. I dont know if I would give this place another shot. If I do return its because they had nice tile in the bathroom.

Second time Ive been here and both times I met the owners who are very polite and helpful (handed me a courtesy water cup which I forgot to ask for)! Ive tried their burgers, hotdogs, and their spiciest (not the firehouse, but the regular order) wings, and I must say, not once do I ever recall having such delicious food outside of moms cooking. From that delectable celery salt on their Chicago-style dogs, their uncanny ability to read minds and have their burgers at the perfect temperature, and the perfect crisp of the skin with the meat falling off the bones of their wings...This. Place. Is. Good. My one complaint is that the soda seems to be a bit on the pricey side...but water is better for you, anyways.

Definitely a good wing place. Feels like a very comfortable small hole in the wall. But their wings and sauces are good, they have a good beer selection, and the staff is nice. I ordered the top 2 hottest things that werent the wall-of-flame challenge wings and was happily surprised. The Even Hotter was pretty much my definition of a good spicy wing sauce. The Burning Hot was also pretty good, though it was just a bit one-dimensional. Definitely would have it again though, and probably go for their challenge wings. My only minor complaint was that the wings were a little bit small and a tiny bit over cooked. But the sauce was so good Id totally get them again.

Ive been to Wing Shack a few times. The traditional wings are really good. Ive had better boneless wing, but the ones here are still really good too. The burgers are really great, especially the double burgers. Fries are really good. The hot dogs are really good. I plan to try more of their food items in the near future, assuming I can stay away from the wings and burgers. Wing Shack also does delivery. Ive only used it a couple of times, but the response time wasnt bad. The food was still good when it arrived, including the fries. Perfect for those times when I crave a burger and fries, but cant get out. Really glad I gave these guys a try.

I ordered food from there. I went to pick up my wings. When I got inside and to the regester I seen an employee with his shoes off and feet up on their prep table. The guy seen me walk in and didnt even remove his feet from the prep table. I told the lady that I forgot my money in my car. I did not go back in. I called her and told her why I did not pick my food up. She responded with she would not have that in her store. Later I was informed the guy is her son and she runs the location. Nothing was done about the situation. If he is that comfortable in front of costumers what dose he do when no one is looking. GROSS. RUINED FOR LIFE

The wings are edible nothing spectacular and the boneless are like tater tots. SMALL!!. I HATED that they were drenched in oil. I mean its like I asked them instead of wing sauce give me cooking oil like an inch an a half of oil.. When ordering they dont tell you that you have to pay for the tiny cup of ranch, and that they already include a delivery fee of $3 or $4. The fries were stale and hard, one literally stabbed me in the roof of my mouth. I wouldnt recommend it and it sucks because you want to support local businesses, instead of the big chain restaurant.

DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I wish I could give this place less then 1 star. We ordered 40$ in food at 8pm. Took our order and gave us our total, waited for an hour and a half, still no food....hmmm come to found out they were closed at 9. No call to tell us we went getting our food, wtf? Real great jb guys. We will be calling the BBB and as soon as you open tomorrow to tell you how we feel about this. Thanks for making us wait to get your mediocre wings. Im glad they never showed up. Hope you get shut down.
