I ordered the beef and bean burrito. I think the ground beef is steam cooked or boiled since it had no flavor or shape, the beans seemed to be instant beans and runny. Beef and beans should not be whipped together with whatever the red flour tasting chili is. The burrito was folded over and so soft that I had to keep it in the foil to keep the grease from dripping out. I will NEVER eat here again, Id rather starve and wait until I get home to eat. I wish Twisters had not closed. Sorry guys hope you make big changes.

Everytime I go I have to wait more than ten minutes to get my order just for it to be wrong. The girl forgot to give me my change, closed the window and I sat there another couple of minutes until she noticed me and then insisted that she gave me my money. She didnt even give me a napkin or have my order correct so why would she argue over 1.60 in change. Young employees who dont know how to give good customer service.

Terrible, just terrible. To be specific: Got the bean and beef burrito, beans tasted out of the can, beef fat exploded out of the wrapper all over my cloths, lettuce (which I paid extra for) was crappy copped iceberg. I also got a tamale which was too spicy to enjoy, a small greasy mess. I gave up eating it and threw it away, it wasnt worth the burn.

They are always out of everything!!!very poor service! The cashier that wears glasses during the day is always rude and gets mad when i ask her for anything.. she never even smiles has a very bad attitude for customer service..

My wife and I are huge Los Arcos fans. Their main restaurant off 88th and Sheridan is great and this is like a little extension of it. Prices are GREAT and the food is good (not as good as their main spot, but still good).

I had steak tacos. I had to wait a few minutes, but the tacos were excellent: perfectly grilled steak, ripe avocado slices, just right salsa & sauce.
