I had VERY high hopes for this place. My family and I went a couple of days ago and while I know they make the pizzas fresh, I didnt think they had to start EVERYTHING from scratch. I think the waitress was just very forgetful because it took almost an hour for the pizzas to make it to our table. And on another note, after sitting in "The Rock" for 15 minutes I asked the waitress why I was listening to the 3rd Elton John ballad in a row; she explained that it was Sir Eltons birthday so they were playing pre-recorded blocks of his music. I can understand featuring the guy, but seriously, they played his music, mostly ballads, for almost an hour-doesnt really give off a "rock" vibe. Lastly, we watched the waitress stop at tables and talk with people for up to 10 minutes in some cases, while we waited for refills or even to be updated on WHEN our food would arrive. Then my wife made the mistake of ordering dessert- 15 minutes later we finally flagged down the waitress while looking for the manager (who we found out was also just hanging out talking to others at empty tables- VERY SLOW), and just asked her to make it to go so we could get out. All told, it took about 2 hours, just INSANE! The pizza and drinks are awesome- but I would NEVER waste my time sitting around waiting to get them. One more thing, I understand they are going for a family style, but this is a ROCK themed place with a bar- maybe stop wasting space with empty tables and feature a live band one or two times a week and actually PLAY ROCK MUSIC, and ditch the lame video montages that serve NO PURPOSE. The place kind of felt like Gunther Toodies for the 80s.

Wow! I used to love this place. It was in the top 5 for me as fantastic pizza and atmosphere, until tonight! The service really put a bad taste in my mouth. What put an even worst taste in my mouth was biting into their pizza. Usually, the food is outstanding, but there must have been a shift change. A bad idea in my opinion, for a Friday night. The dough tasted bad or like it was about to go, and my boneless chicken strips I ordered came in bulk-which I would never complain about except it was all- breading. I crumbled one of them in my hand to discover a sliver of chicken the size of a green bean. I would have probably come back (sometimes food is hit or miss)but my server, Kat, ensured that i will never return, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this place based on her performance. She was slow, unresponsive, inattentive, and clearly did not want to be there. I had to track down another employee to get a refill on my beverage. My wifes water was filled once. She had to start drinking my water. Everything to this server was an inconvenience and she tried to very sneakily up sell other items without revealing hidden costs. No integrity. I am sincerely disappointed and grieve the death of what used to be a great restaraunt. Ps. The only thing delightful about my experience was: the manager of that particular shift was running around trying to help all his servers. I saw him more than my actual server.. Great manager, but thats not your job... I wont be back with me or my family. We used to drive an hour round-trip to this store. Never again! Sincerely, Very disappointed

We were sad the food was so bad, especially since we know people who have raved about this place. The pizza was cold on the outside and scorching hot in the center. The crust, to sauce, to topping ration was just bad, even if they were thin crust, one bite equaled one piece of sausage, and about two drops of sauce. The outside crust was so hard that it wasnt worth eating, and we love extra crunchy. We ordered a small half pepperoni, half cheese for the kids. The pepperoni was so spicy they couldnt eat it, and so spicy I regretting eating a slice. Shortly after, in less then 12 hours, the two of us who had eaten a bite or more of the pepperoni were massively ill, short of food poisoning, but enough where we will not be back. The place was heavy on the atmosphere. If you are the type of person to not appreciate a random skeleton here or there you probably wouldnt go there anyhow, based off the outside decor. But it was amusing. The service was good considering that our server was training someone and it was very obvious the personalities werent meshing well. But all things considered they did a pretty good job. As an additional side note, I tried to contact this location about our poor experience. Unfortunately I couldnt find a way to let them know, either directly or through a corporate channel and Im just not the type of person to call someone up just to let them know I wont be back. My assumption is that when someone wants feedback they make it easy. So Sad.

What can I say...rock & (dinner) rolls didnt strike a chord with me. Pizza? Ehhh...pretty hard to mess up pizza! (I always say its like sex...when its good its freakin amazing! When its bad...umm its still pretty good!) But for $15 for a personal pie I expected more. Service? Dbl up Ehh Ehhh! I was clearly interrupting Billy and Marys conversation about who was paying for the abortion and he thought she was on the pill. No Billy - she said she was hoping to REFILL her meds. They ignored me most of the meal except for the occasional "everything good" comment...and by occasional I mean once! All in all decor kinda cool. Food not so cool. Service ice cold.

This place used to be great, now you go in on a Friday night at 6 and theres no wait. The service has gone downhill over the past few months. Everytime we have been there over the past few months something has been wrong, ranging from minor to major. One time the waitress tried to argue with me over what I did or did not order. Our server tonight was good, but our food took nearly an hour. My $11 lava lamp was void of any alcohol I feel like. We used to be there at least once a week, but now its hard to justify the $80 check after drinks and pizza when you wait forever and dont know if your food is going to come out correct or not.

Absolutely sub standard. Found hair in my pizza. Practically baked onto the bottom of the crust. After I decide Im leaving immediately they offer me the managers card. I go outside and throw up on thier patio because the hair is stuck in the back of my throat and they arent concerned at all about cleaning it up. This place is a public health concern. Ive reported them to the Douglas County health department. Id reccomend digiorno over this place every day. They e been investigated over and over by the health Department due to complaints.

If I could give no stars I would. This used to be our favorite restaurant to go to. It took forever to order drinks, then it took so long for them to show up my husband went to the bar to get them. Food was terrible. The waitress never came back to check after food was served. My husband again went to the bar to request a check. We have never made a complaint to a manager at a restaurant, but were so frustrated when we got home we called to talk to a manager. We were told he was too busy. Never going back to this restaurant again.
