Ugh Starbucks has completely and utterly ruined my LIFE. I ordered a CARAMEL frappe but I didnt get BULLFRAPPE. I just basically got a vanilla frappe with caramel drizzle on the top. Words cant describe how disappointed I am in Starbucks. ALSO, someone I know got Starbucks and she ordered at Chai Frappe. But get this; there us more air than there is blended drink. If her drink was a pair of pants then it would have a lot of pockets. She is also saying that there us little chai flavoring. Shaking the drink is basically her workout for the day. I hope Starbucks starts selling pants and workout equipment. I hope my review has helped ye fellow citizens of (Location)

Went thru the drive thru at 6:20am in the morning, not a single person was in the drive thru. Ordered Caramel Frap - right off the menu (no extras), get up to the window and absolutely no caramel on the frap. Went thru two peoples hands in the store before it was handed to me and no one noticed it was missing the caramel. Then I call the manager to complain and her excuse is that they were SUPER busy this morning. Again I was there at 6:20am and ABSOLUTELY no one in the drive thru! SUPER BUSY HUH? Everytime I go to this location, they screw up the size or the order. Will never to go Starbucks again and it will only be Human Bean from now on!

I ordered three drinks this morning, two different grande Frappuccinos and one tall Frappuccino. They told me it cost $13 and some change and then only gave me the tall and the grande. When I said no, I was way overcharged if you were only giving me two drinks, and said I needed another grande Frappuccino, he closed the window on me rather quickly without bothering to get the correct order and went and made the same Frappuccino I already had one of, instead of the one I actually ordered. Even then, the vanilla bean Frappuccino is liquid with huge pieces of ice for me to munch on like it wasnt even made correctly.

When I first pulled up to the drive thru the women was pretty rude. I ordered their cotton candy frappe, and my husband ordered the pokemon go frappe. Mine was like drinking flavored milk yuck. While his which was suppose to be the same ingredients as mine but with added blackberry. It tasted very bland. I can say with full certainty I will NEVER go to starbucks ever again. The human bean is way better, and other local coffee shops deserve a chance ass well. Sometimes the little whole in the wall places are better then the big corporations.

Its a Starbucks. People are nice and friendly, as expected. Service is fast, as expected. The only thing on my visit for this day was the girl working the drive through was very short and would cut you off. Needless to say, my order was wrong. They did correct it quickly but if she had taken the extra few seconds to listen and not cut me off, the order would have been right the first time. Starbucks, you dont save time by ramming folks through the order line, you save time by listening and getting it done right the first time.

Went inside to Oder my coffee and the rude brunette girl making them at around 715am Thursday sep 17th clearly is un-educated and hates her job. She should not work in customer service at all. They should fire her. She threw my straw at me and was very rude when I asked where my coffee was after I waited in line for 20 min. She said rudely well an extra shot takes longer!! How am I suppose to know an extra shot takes an extra 20 min. I didnt even care to take my coffee after she was so rude and un- happy.

They forgot my order. I got a simple cold brew so it wouldnt take long, and I had to wait ten minutes until several people behind me had already received their smoothies and complicated lattes. The woman who finally had to ask me what my order was didnt even apologize. They are a busy store, so I expected some wait, but the staff obviously needs better systems and communication.

If they had a few options for sugar free coffee instead of maybe 3 choices. I would possibly try going there again. But Human Bean has as many options as those who dont need sugar free. So ill continue to go to Human Bean
