Hahaha....clever way to sell coffee, but not if you dont get repeat customers. Well never be back. My wife and I were laughing since we were a bit tired from a long road trip and then just stumbled upon Babes for our morning brew. Almost naked, the young woman who took our order ended up asking the other woman in the coffee shack how to make our order. Obviously they do not put much value in the art of being a barista and knowing your espresso. We paid and drove off, in sort of a hurry to get to my aunts house, the reason we drove 800 miles from southern Arizona to Colorado Springs. My wife took a her first sip of her "Latte Breve" and gagged. I thought that she had burned herself, however she warned me and asked me to try the drink. Ive tasted a lot of coffee over the last 45 years since I began drinking it, but nothing prepared me for the ghastly taste that followed my tiny sample taste. Either the expresso machine had just been cleaned with chemical detergent (it was shortly after they opened that we stopped by) and had not been throroughly rinsed or the cream she used was ancient and had gone so sour that it tasted like chemicals. Actually, we both agreed it was most probably both reasons for the foul taste that hovered in my mouth for many minutes until I got a nice blast of an ice cold Starbucks Mocha drink at a convenience store to drown out the flavor of that chemical coffee drink. Good luck with this formula for getting customers....

I stumbled upon this place waiting to check in to my hotel room. Makayla made me something sweet of her choice, with Chai. It was delicious. Her sweet smile, friendly nature, and oh so tasty curves were just what I needed to perk me up. After I checked in and washed off a thousand miles worth of funk, I went back. A cup of coffee sounded great, and she was looking so fine, I couldnt resist. And still by the time I was back for a refill I was stumbling on my words, like garth in waynes world. Shwing! And I got my caffeine fix.

The ladies at Babes bring customer service to another level. Madie and Anais are great individuals. They will make anyone feel at home. Their drinks are great and cheaper in contrast with the competition. I love their punch card system as well. My wife and I are happy regulars.
