Ive been to my fair share of Chinese food places for lunch and this was in the bottom of the barrel for me. I ordered Combination Lo Mein no veggies, medium spicy. I went to the restroom to wash my hands to find that the light was flickering on and off like a horror movie, and I looked in the mirror to see if someone was coming up from behind me. I sit, and get my food promptly (its a very easy dish to prepare in a wok). I look down to see the noodles covered in oil and red chili (not typical for medium spicy). I talk myself into eating something spicier than I typically like and take my first bite of noodles with a piece of what looked like chicken. It was a mouthful of skin. Looked around the rest of the plate to find the majority of the "chicken" pieces to be skin. The service itself was lackluster. Both servers were eating at the table two over from me, which is typical when it is slow and it is a small family owned place. The problem was it was 11:45 with at least 6-10 other customers. Im just in the area for work, but I wont be stopping by here again. 2 stars because it was relatively cheap, $7.51 (typically a dollar or two more at places I frequent).

I ordered food for delivery today and was NOT impressed. The delivery was quicker than expected but the food did not look or taste appetizing at all.My order was sesame tofu with egg drop soup and a thai tea. To begin, the tofu was completely covered in a gelatinous mush and was really slimy. I have ordered sesame tofu from many other places and have never seen it look that way at all. I dont think they have any idea how to cook tofu either and the sesame sauce it was in was extremely oily with wilted almost brown broccoli and other vegetables that didnt taste fresh at all. The egg drop soup also looked like all oil with some egg and tasted like they used a lot of salt to try and cover up any mistakes. As for the thai tea, since it is similar to chai tea it contains milk. The drink smelled like expired milk and either a dirty cup or dish water. After a few bites of each I completely lost my appetite. I wish I wouldve read other reviews earlier so I couldve avoided wasting my money. I would definitely avoid this place and urge others to do so as well.

My husband and I went there for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon a few hours after they opened and it looked like they had not cleaned up from the night before (or perhaps the week before). There was a dirty brown used napkin under our table and food all over the restaurant floor. The table was sticky and the high chair for our son was also covered in food. I had to ask the waiter to clean it off - he expected me to put my baby in it as is. My glass still had lipstick on it, and my husbands glass had hair on it. I was so disgusted I did not want to eat the food but it was already on its way to our table. I had the sesame chicken, which was somewhat bland and not at all spicy. The crab wontons were okay, and my husbands sweet and sour chicken was mediocre. The service was actually good, but we were the only people in the restaurant so that is the way it should be. I am only giving it one star because of the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. Who knows how clean the kitchen is! We will never be returning.

I have ordered from this place for two years (since we moved to Reunion). We never ordered from China Red because we always got good service from Blue Bay. Tonight, they ruined my relationship with them. The sent me egg rolls with no sweet n sour sauce and Sesame chicken with NO sesame sauce. When I called, the woman on the phone told me "too bad, I can give you a credit, but you have to come get the sauce." I explained that was impossible - I have 4 small children. She kept telling me "too bad, too bad, you need to eat something else." So, tonight my kids are eating breaded soggy chicken (I could have just microwaved chicken nuggets for the same flavor) and rice. I will never order from these people again. This problem could have been solved if they had agreed to send me a new Sesame chicken that actually was Sesame chicken. So, too bad for them, China Red or Asian Fusion gets our VERY regular business.

Our first time ever entering the restaurant we had come across a dispute between customer and staff. We opted to leave but was reassured by other staff to sit down and order.. so we did. Long story short the dispute was settled by the staff throwing the customer out, I applauded them to do so, a little 17 yr old and her friends decided to eat 99% of there food and say there fried chicken was terrible. They clearly stated if you told us before eating the dish we would have re-made it. These people seem to get a lot of these customers so give them a break if they come off defensive. Over the past year we have eaten here ive seen this happen to them about 10 times. As far as the food you get huge portions to-go along with when you sit in. I have the sesame chicken with egg roll and wantons and i have yet to be able to finish the plate, and for the price its excellent along with delicous.

Called in an order. Was told itd be ready in 10 minutes. Walk in after 10 to 15 minutes later. 2 people at the counter. One taking another persons order, the other on the phone taking an order. Girl on the phone hangs up and helps a customer ahead of me. Other lady finishes with her customer and goes out into the restaurant to bus tables. Phone rings and I’m stuck to wait even longer. Now both ladies are on the phone. Another customer walks in after I’ve been there for + 5 minutes and is immediately taken care of by lady #2 while the girl in front of me answers the telephone YET AGAIN. I walked out. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I order from here about once a month, and have gotten used to less than stellar service, but have never spent close to 10 minutes with a credit card in hand being ignored. I’m thru, and am telling anyone who asks to AVOID this place.

We used to come here all the time, but lately the service, food quality and food portions have decreased drastically. Today we went for dinner and the service was horrible. We asked for 2 orders of egg rolls, which when we got smelled bad, tasted stale, and were too oily. I asked the server to bring me a new order, and informed her that they smelled bad and where stale, to which she said she would bring me a new order. She went and asked for a new order to which the older lady on the back, Im guessing the owner, got really upset. A minute later another server came to us and said the the egg rolls where made to order that they could of not been stale. I told her to take them off my tab, since I was not going to pay for food that I was not going to eat. After that we were completely ignored until they brought the tab.
