Service is terrible!! They single out the people that they know and are nice to them; however if they do not recognize you or not frequent enough, it is quite apparent that they could care less about you and are more than rude. And if it is an busy morning, you are only made to feel like you are a bother to the staff - god for bid if you have a large order, than the rolling of the eyes and sighing could not be more apparent. I have given them plenty of chances, hoping that I had only caught someone on their bad day(s) - but I have given up. Not only is the service far less than acceptable, they have gotten my order wrong 3 times out of 6, really??!! Its a freaking bagle - how difficult can it be? They need to LISTEN to their customers, even if they dont know their name! It is not a gormet restaurant, its bread and toppings. And self serve coffee, which I am sure they will find a way to mess that up too.

My fiancé went up to Evergreen to pick up my engagement ring when it was completed (see my Daniel Diamonds review) and prior to bringing it to me and "locking me down," he picked up a dozen sesame bagels from The Bagelry. Now, some women might not see this as the most romantic proposal, but a good bagel is a key to this NY-born girls heart. I finally got back up there last month and it was busy, but efficient and their egg and cheese breakfast bagel (sesame, of course) was delicious. While Im not a coffee drinker, their DazBog selection has turned my fiancé into a KGBlend fan for life.

This is an awesome place we mean more than awesome . It opens early so it accompanies many early risers like us. Their food tastes great and I couldnt like it better. The atmosphere couldnt be better. We dont come often but the staff is always friendly to us and they havent messed up our order once! This is a great little place and I recommend stopping by, it is truly an experience you cant miss!

Very disappointed with service today. Waited about 10 minuets to be served while there was only one persons order that was being worked on. While waiting there were four girls who seemed to be having more fun chatting than working. Then my fiance recieved a half burn tuna melt (literally laterally burnt) after waiting 15 minuets for that. We wont be coming back.

Easily the best bagel Ive had in Colorado. Breakfast is by far the best meal to swing by on your way out to the mountains. It gets busy, but they crank people through the line. Dont be turned off by a 20 person line, it will go quick. This has become a must stop for my wife and I when we go west.

Ive had great experiences here. Ive read the other reviews about bad service, but 1) I havent experienced it; everyone is friendly (and Im not a regular), but 2) my orders are pretty simple, and 3) I usually show up after the lunch rush. Still, good food, good coffee.

New owner as of a month ago April 2017. He has a terrible attitude and is cutting back on portions. Was extremely rude to his own staff and customers. My BLT only had 2 strips of bacon. Sad to see a place like this that was once exceptional, go down hill.

Services was slow. Worst cup of coffee I have ever had. The girl must have had to try to make it that bad. Was burnt to hell and icing on the cake was cup was less than 1/3 full. Pricey as hell for ok food, slow service and terrible coffee.
