I went to this location tonight and when I walked up to the counter it was 16 minutes before they closed. I was told I could get a scoop of ice cream with no mix ins because they already started cleaning the spoons such. Why would I come to an ice cream store that is known for mix in ice cream if I was not going to be allowed to have my ice cream as such. If theyre open till 10pm then they should not start cleaning the spoons and utensils needed to make their customers ice cream before 10pm.

Horrible. Got two mint and chocolate chips for a $9 bill. The mint truly had no mint in it. Was told its a *light* mint. I have eaten mint ice cream for 40+ years...even light mint I could detect. I got nowhere. Will put bad reviews on the place, call the franchise and never go back. Seriously...Learn how to staff and run an ice cram business that sells $4.50 scoops of ice cream.
