Worst Manager I have ever seen!!! Took hours!! Some friends invited us to Hooters, and it was our first time, our waitress was new, and managed to mess up all three couples orders, over the course of 40 mins of waiting and having other tables orders brought to us which we kept having to reject, from another first day server. I went and got the manager " A short mexican with spiky hair about 5"2" He came over. We said we understand its her first day but" When he interrupted saying YEAH HER FIRST DAY!... Us: well we are still waiting and there is still things on our table that are not right and most the food is cold. He started trying to argue, saying yeah but like cold cold? or warm? and didnt apologize once, Him and the waitress tried to blame it all on the kitchen, It continued to be bad service through out the whole experience, Then she brought out our ticket and said we only charged you for the burger and the wings and waived everything else.....I said: all we ordered was a burger and a platter of wings...... Her: well I mean like the fries we waived those.....Me: it took you over 35 mins to get our fries out and they come included with platter..... your maanager didnt comp anything... Her:oh my mistake.... So they didnt waive anything, and when I asked for her managers name, said she didnt know she would find out, didnt tell us when she returned, ..... basicly what Im trying to say is this place is a mess horrible manager who argues when his staff messs sht up and doesnt care, this place fkin sucks

Update: my friends were chased out to the car and accused of not paying and that they werent welcome back by three waitresses (of which after speaking to the manager said they were only trying to get our waitress back in when in fact the one with long straight dark hair [not our waitress] is the one who said they werent welcome back). Soooo.... email to the regional manager after tonights festivities. I get you were upset you didnt get a tip but maybe you should learn how to wait tables. Everyone has bad days, but the service tonight was exceptionally disappointing. Our entire table of 5 peoples wings were luke warm. The second round, which took forever for 9:30 at night, was warmer. Drinks ran empty, checks for quality were nill and our napkins and wet naps were taken in the middle of our meal to be filled and twice we had to go get them from the unattended table where they all sat waiting for someone to fill them. Our waitress was sitting down at tables chatting them up and we heard other tables complaining about their cold food and the waitress hanging around their table trying to talk to them (ours excluded). One at our table ordered another set of wings and she completely forgot to enter it and 40 minutes later (after weve all had two sets and paid our tabs) we finally asked another server to get our server to check on the wings. I never leave no tip, until tonight. This experience was ridiculous, Im sorry if youre having a bad day but either go home or pull it together.

Feeling like some wing my friends and I decide to go to Hooters on 8/29. Once arriving I ordered some fries and fried pickle, while waiting for my friends so show up. Still foodless my friends so up and order their food, which they got within 3 min. I was waiting 20 min before I had to remind her of my order. Than our beer glass and water glass empty for another 10 mins before she came back to take our order. About 3 wings down of 50 notice feathers on the wings. I dont care if its chicken thats just plan wrong. So after talking to the manager she said well its chicken so feathers are to be expected. She gave us 20% off just the chicken which we only ate 3 and left. Go to BUFFLO WILD WINGS. They will atleast pluck the feather off before they serve you the chicken.

Same girls since forever, they all look alike too... Manager definitely has a "Type." Many are getting too fat for uniform. They are in the back eating the food, which is why it takes soo long to get you order. Went back for round two: Unfriendly waitresses. Everyone looks the exact same. Weird manager (Mexican or hispanic gentlemen) refused to come over to our table and correct waitresses mistake on our drink order so we paid for both rounds. Waitress later was seen inappropriately groping him. We assume they are in a relationship, but our service shouldnt suffer. All the girls look the same; manager has a type. Food was fresh and good though as well as drinks. I will contact corporate with my cell video when I get a chance. Will not go again.

I was not satisfied. Honestly those girls look like they came fresh off the stretcher. Me & my boyfriend food was horrible. I ordered a buffalo chicken salad and only had 4 pieces of chicken and the sauce was a butter base so there was no sauce. The buffalo chicken dip tasted like cream of chicken and buffalo sauce I wasnt satisfied at all! Well my boyfriend ordered the philly cheese steak and it looked like it was just taken it of the microwave and put on the plate. It was gross and the manager wasnt very friendly. I spend 42 on one person the only thing that was good was the adult beverages and thats it! They need to hire girls that actually have ass and boobs not flat ass girls .

The food wasnt that great. I had a chicken ceasar salad and my lettuce was soggy and my chicken tasted reheated in a microwave. My husband had a chicken sandwich and they said fries were come with it. But they charged us an extra 1.25 for the fries. Our server was cute but she took really long and hardly checked on us. All she did was pour our pitcher of beer and nothing else. She also seemed in a bad mood when we asked her to come back when were ready to order. Her name was Brooke. Honestly, the menu was to small for a restaurant and the employees could have been more welcoming. Wouldve got 2 stars if the food was worth it. Try a different Hooters, this one wasnt all that great.

Not good at all went today 05/06/2017 ordered the 20 wings, the sliders and fries!!! The burgers were ok....but the stars of the day were the wings!!! On my 3rd wing I realized it was raw, pink inside and bloody...super nasty...and they call themselves the wing experts I stopped eating and cut into more wings and yes they were raw!!! The manager removed them from the bill but the fact that they served raw chicken is just unjustifiable...am in Colorado Springs visiting am originally from Miami...and the hooters down there are the bomb...nice, clean, the girls are beautiful...this one is very small dirty and def needs an upgrade!!!!

Wings were mediocre. Service was slow. We had to ask the waitress to refill our drinks. She was waiting tables on the complete other side of the restaurant so we had to wait a long time to ask for anything. Also, our waitress told us that if our 1-and-a-half year old had even one wing that she was going to charge us for a kids meal. Our kid is 1 and a half. IF he eats any part of a wing, its only going to be one or two. How many other places allow a kid to eat free? Especially kids who are so young. And for her to announce that to us the way she did was incredibly rude.
