Ive come to this qdoba lotcation for years now for breakfast. They took steak off the menu and saying its two dollars extra to add it. Im not going to pay almost 7.50 dollars for a small steak breakfast burrito. Ive always paid 4.50 plus tax over the years. They said theyve been doing it since January. I just went in last week twice and both times was no charged for it, and the week before that. You guys just lost a loyal customer and will not be returning for an outrageous priced small breakfast burrito. Ill be going to Albertos or mexicali from now on P.s most companys would and an upgrade button, not an outrageous up charge.

Not sure about these older reviews, but the staff here has always been friendly. Maybe the management has changed since then. 6AM, after a long night shift, dreading breakfast only because the only places open are nasty fast food, this place is the only place I can grab a really fast breakfast that is good. Their breakfast burritos are better than any Ive tried. Their lunch menu is good too. Quality of even chain restaurants vary from place to place, but its pretty good here.

I have always had a great experience with this location until this morning when the owner was serving me. He was rude to his customers and his staff. He felt the need to tell customers when they were wrong and would proceed to correct them. I was extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was almost as if he felt like he was doing us a favor by making our food. It was completely unprofessional especially from and owner.

Here at nine oclock to get food. The girl behind the counter gave me a dirty look and behaved as though it was a bother to serve. Dont know what her problem is! I will not be back to this place and will file a formal complaint with the manager. I would avoid this place like the black plague.

Always awesome food! If they ever make a mistake they always make it right by the customer. Our family loves it! The managers are great and so are the employees. Friendly and clean!
