Ordered a turkey sandwich, I found a bone on the second bite, the lettuce was old, the entire sandwich was soggy. When I opened the sandwich up it looked and smelled disgusting. After speaking with the first person I could find that works there, he told me there was nothing wrong with my sandwich. Once the manager showed up he told me that there was no way a bone could end up in my sandwich..... Turkeys have bones right?... Finally he agreed to issue a refund, he never asked for my card back to issue it, looking at my statement now, I see that was a lie. I was never refunded, all of the employees there have no regard to customer service, and quite frankly dont care about you, the customer. I am very displeased with this, and cant believe how people think they can get away with treating others with this disrespect. I will never go to a Which Wich again, and will advise you to stay away from these losers at all costs.

Which Wich! I have enjoyed their sandwiches for awhile now, and are one of the few places I used to gorge myself on in college that I can still get down with in my post-drinking-frat-boy-days. Chain food is usually chain food. But as we all know, some locations do it better, some location do it worst, some locations should be shuttered, and some locations are just flat out confusingly awful. This Which Wich is pretty darn good. I uh...Ill say it it the best? Yeah, Ill say it. The staff is amazing. Been here a few times now, and every single staff member is so polite, prompt, smiling, and good at their job that I swear they are robots. Dudes, robots. Maybe? Just maybe. Food is solid, I like the Sriracha Tuna. Tasty! Filling! Not-so-cheap-but-whatever! Great staff kills it every single time. Hella bueno!

Im not currently dining at Which Wich, but several of the employees are sitting outside, on store property and in uniform, having a loud conversation about selling their prescription drugs and how much they go for. I attempted to call the store and tell them but the guy who answered was one of the people sitting outside bragging about "not being a drug dealer." You guys might want to have a word with your team.

The service here was really good. Despite the fact they were busy during the lunch rush, I got my sandwich in about 5 minutes. The girl that was making my sandwich, Caitlyn, was super friendly and focused along with the boy that was helping her, Collin. Would recommend if youre looking for a fun environment and quick service!

This place is tasty, the food is good but it is expensive for a sandwich. Love the Ruben with their peeper blend. It is not a big place so it can be hard to eat in at, but for the most part it is a great place to get a sandwich with exactly what you want on it. Tons of options that you can combine, great spot for lunch.

Fun, helpful and friendly employees. I talked with the staff and manager for at least half an hour and I felt welcome. Not the fastest sandwich, but by no means slow. Decent price per sandwich. Great quality of food as well, just wish they stayed open later. If you want a cheaper (and low quality) sandwich go to Subway.

The staff was very helpful to me and my husband, it was our first time and I use a wheelchair. They helped me without making a fuss, and were all visibly working hard to get the food out quick. I love the order system and we had a delicious malt to top it off. A wonderful dining experience. -MB

Excellent and if you have sandwich problems its your own fault. Read before you build it. Some people say subway is better, get food poisoning 3 times at 3 different locations. And you at which wich at least you you get what you pay for. All in all awesome place.

$ too much and when I got my sandwich the bread was dry and there was way too much mustard... Couldnt even taste the sandwich itself!! Honestly really nasty I ended up throwing it away. They need to get back to their basics when they were good.

Wich wich on 120th and vrain is fantastic with their customer service!!! Oh course the food is good but its more important on the brand that the service is great and this location has it. Make sure to bring cash to tip!!!

The sandwiches are pretty good. Not stellar, but good. The service was always top notch. It is awesome that they give you a free sandwich when you bring a picture in of you on top of a 14er with a Which Wich bag.

Pros: Flavor, quality and variety of ingredients, service. Cons: Price is a bit steep for the ingredients. Also, avoid the lunch and dinner rushes at this place. It is popular enough that the food takes forever.

Food is good, but be prepared to wait. Even if youre the only person there it will take them forever to make the sandwich. Not sure why, but every other place that toasts subs doesnt take anywhere near as long.

Both of our wraps were made incorrectly. Also the wraps were assembled so poorly they couldnt be eaten. We were also overcharged, we didnt figure that part out till later though.
