I have eaten at this particular location a few times now, but didnt decide to review until recently. Overall, Id say the place is normally a three star, but after my last visit I am dropping that to two. While the salad bar continues to be excellent and a favorite, the service was pretty terrible. 1. Server smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. 2. Server was confused by most of everything we ordered and had to look at the menu with us. 3. Server seemed shocked when I asked to substitute extra mushrooms in my pasta dish instead of chicken and even tried to talk me out of it. 4.Two servers loudly cleaned the section we were in while we ate, despite us arriving an hour and a half before closing. As the server swept under our table he said "Sorry guys.", which tells me he knew it was a bad idea. He even hit my foot under the table with the broom as he swept up crumbs from the carpet. If you read my other reviews, you know Im forgiving of these sorts of things, but all together in one night was just too much. My guess is he is new and under trained, but thats not my fault. I tipped him above average because I felt sorry for him as he seemed to be struggling and I remember that feeling when I was new to being a server back in the day. The two pasta entrees we had were alright, the salad bar was great as always. Ill try it again someday, but overall I was very disappointed.

Before I begin let me start by saying, I have been enjoying eating here several years now. However, tonight meal was nothing short of disastrous. 1) Cleanliness; the table I sat at was beyond dirty. The glass my drink came in felt grimy all over. Where the table met the wall looked like a science experiment. 2) Customer Service: When I first walked in the hostess asked me for my name, but before I could tell her that it was seating for two, I had to wait while she answered the phone. The she answered the phone again before I could tell her my name. The manager went through the trouble of remembering my name, but forgot it 3 minutes later when I was ready to be seated. After that the wait staff was wonderful. 3) Quality control: The salad bar (main reason for going to Ruby Tuesdays) was depleted of many of the ingredients they normally have. My wifes Chicken Fresco was nothing more than a microwavable chicken breast dipped in a vinegar sauce, and had zucchini that tasted like it was marinated in fish oil over night. My Buffalo Wings tasted like a mouth full of salt on dry poultry. All this in one trip means that I will never go back again.

This was our first time at Ruby Teusday and it will certainly be our last. Our bill came to $47.56 for 2 (no alcohol....2 fish dishes and 2 garden bar). To start we were seated by someone who showed no interest in his job. We were seated in the back of the restaurant (less than 10ft from the kitchen). The entire area smelled like marijuana. We ordered an appetizer which was never brought to us. Possibly the waiter suffered from a contact high and forgot our order in the 10ft it took him to walk to the kitchen. The garden bar fell extremely short of all the promoting it is receiving. Several items were missing and salad dressing was everywhere. Entree portion size is extremely small for the cost. Baked potatoes were way over cooked. Long story short, we have never been more disappointed and wasted our money on an awful experience. We are thankful tho, that neither of us has food poisoning....yet.

Our experience was bad. First bartender told us happy hour prices were 1 or 2 dollar off depending on the size of beer. No problem. She leaves and we get another and we returned appetizer due to shrimp being soggy. No offer was made to make it better. We then order a mixed drink and we saw her bring the club soda from the back area. We got our vodka/club soda and by the time she brought it to our table the ice had melted. Worse drink we have ever had. Watered down. When we get our ticket the beer instead of being 3.00 is now 5.95. We asked for a Manager and she said to us that the "happy hour was brand new and they were trying to figure it out" then said "sorry" and walked away. Stay away from this place and go across the street to Apple Bees.

Went to Ruby Tuesdays for lunch with a friend last week & was disappointed. The commercial boasts more choices at the salad bar, avocado, so we had the salad bar. If you want the avocado you pay extra, not included at the salad bar. The lettuce wasnt fresh, the new choices were awful nothing special or different. A bunch of weird stuff. Most disturbing to me was how dirty the table was, sticky, the kind of sticky thats accumulated over time. On the wall where we sat was a big stain, had been there awhile. Nothing looked like it had been wiped down for a long time. Gross. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like! I tried giving this place another chance but no way will I ever go back. A sad salad bar!

Usually have a good meal and good service. 5/10/17 was very disappointing. Ordered the sirloin steak dinner and many husband ordered the full rack of ribs. We also both got the salad bar. The cucumbers were brown on the cut edges but the rest of the salad bar was great. However, after an hour, our entrees hadnt arrived. The waiter brought our entrees about 10 minutes later. Unfortunately. He brought me a Petite steak instead of the 12 oz sirloin. The manager had a sirloin cooked and brought to me to go since we had already been there an hour and 45 minutes. To make up for the multiple errors I got to keep the original petite steak.

The reason Im giving stars is because my server was super sweet and she had to deal with difficult guests the whole time I was there. Anyway I decided to go here and try the new salad bar they keep advertising. Well Im writing this review while in the restroom at work because this is my 3rd visit tonight! All I had was broccoli soup and the salad bar and now Im the toilets new best friend. (Or worst enemy) The salad stuff seemed fresh enough. Except for the mushrooms and hummus both were obviously old....unfortunately i will not be visiting here again. The fresh salad bar seems to not be as fresh as advertised.

Food and service being described as subpar would be a compliment. No refill of our drinks until we asked when our food was almost gone. Ive only had ruby Tuesdays once before and dont remember anything special, but this time the food was that you could pull out of the frozen food isle and nuke. The cost for such quality food was also shocking, $10 for two frozen turkey burgers that the mini buns where stuck together just like frozen white castle burgers. Our choice to come, stay, and consume the "food", but we will not be back again.

Horrible. Straight up. Just went today. The greeter was the best experience. Besides that, they should shut the place down. Im going to make sure that everyone knows how crappy and unprofessional this place is. The waitress came off druck or high. Screwed up our orders. Then when the food arrived it was under cooked. If I get sick i swear im suing. Period point blank. When they finally brought my fully cooked burger they used the same toppings from the first uncooked burger they brought me. Waste of money. Im pissed. They deseve zero stars.
