Went in a little after 9 and stayed until a little after 11:30 with my friend Renee, and my sister Cherette. We had been late shopping for about 4 hours, and we were all starving. So my sister mentioned IHOP, and Im so glad she did. First off this was my first time coming here. When we went in it was quite, maybe 10 tables were full. Clean, no sticky tables, no bugs (someone mentioned cockroaches in one the reviews. Not one was around at all, and trust me I looked) We were greeted at the door with a smile, and a hello. Our hostess sat us down, then our sweet, server (waitress) came over. Cant even began to say so many nice things about her. Just wish we all remembered her name. 22 years old, younger looking one with longer, lighter hair and bling jeans. She was just plain AWESOME! Service was great, 2 mins in we got our drinks. We ordered, sampler came first, finished that. About 5 mins later our breakfast came out. My friend Renee had coffee, and my sister/I had hot tea. We all ordered different things, breakfast sampler, omelet, onion rings/chicken strips/HUGE mozzarella sticks, pancakes, build a breakfast, and crêpes. I had the build a breakfast 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage with either pancakes or crêpes. Ive never had crêpes before, so I asked our waitress which one should I order, she recommend the strawberries. Saved my crêpe the last thing I ate, and it was so good. The waitress spilt our checks up, we all tipped her well, and we left full/happy.

What a great experience we had at the Yuba City IHOP today. We stopped in for lunch and were seated quickly by Jason, who was actually our server as well. He quickly got our drinks to us and allowed just the right amount of time for us to decide what we wanted to order. When I asked Jason if they had peanut butter available to put on my pancakes, he quickly went to check. There was none in the kitchen, so he offered to run across the parking lot to the Winco grocery store to get some. I said it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. So, after putting our order in to the kitchen, he really did RUN over to the store and bought the peanut butter. Another nice touch was that he left us a carafe with enough Diet Pepsi for us to refill both of our glasses. So many places leave you waiting for a drink refill, but Jason made sure that it wasn’t an issue for us. Our food was great, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant was nice and clean. We will be back again soon.

Food was hot and tasted fine, but the service was lacking. The tables needed to be cleaned better. The coffee pot we were given only had two cups in it and it was old. The refill on the pot didnt ever make it to us. We have been here before and it appears that if you want good service you must first put in your time to become a regular before you can expect good service. (How long it takes is something I am unwilling to find out). You can clearly see who the regulars are.

New to the area, had a great time here ! Shelby was out waitress and she was wonderful; genuinely friendly and attentive. Our drinks and food were quick and she did not forget about us when the morning rush came in shortly after we were seated. They had a couple vegetarian options for my husband and their crepes were divine; ask for your hashbrowns well done if you like them on the crispy side. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Wr came in at 6pm Saturday night. There was only 6 tables with people in the resturant. We were ask to wait. The whole other side of restaurant was closed. Once seated we were ignore. Been here 10 mins and still no one has talked to us. I certainly dont understand what is going on here. It will be intresting what the owners would have to say on monday wjen i give them a call.will not be coming back and suggested that konw one else either.

The food was good, like at most IHOPs, but the service and friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired. Our wait-staff changed three times during our meal so they never knew what we ordered or what extras we asked for from one minute to the next. The best part about this place is the great place next door, the chickens outside, and the "Do not feed the chickens" sign attached to the handicap sign out front!

Bathrooms are gross ...paper everwhere and toilet seat covers ripped to shreds. Asked for coffe and I got a nearly empty container that didnt even fill my cup. Our coffee cups were dirty...BOTH sets!!! When we asked for the second set I just cleaned them.out my self but least the second set didnt have left over coffee in them. The list goes on...I wont eat at this IHOP again...not even if you paid me

I am a cook here at night and tho a little bias due to being employed there I still feel its a great atmosphere and the food and portions are very good. The hosts are friendly and attentive and try and make it a positive eating experience. For a 24 hr restAurant on a major highway I feel for the most part it is a wonderful family restaurant and hope to see u there.

We walked in and four tables had dirty dishes from customers who had left. I ordered the Chicken Florentine. It had ham in it. I returned it. The other two in my party had finished their meals by the time mine was remade and brought out. And the womens bathroom was a mess. Toilet paper on the floor and any empty seat cover dispenser. Will not be returning there.

On a long drive home after dropping my dad and little brother off at scout camp we had to stop to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat . drinks came out real quick but as we walking back to the toilets the there were tons of tables riddle with dishes. We will see how the rest of the visit turns out. . . .

The servers were extremely friendly and checked often, almost too often. Paid attention and I never had an empty glass. Breakfast for 4 only took about 10 - 15 minutes to be completed and we were not rushed in any fashion. Very clean and a great place right off Highway 99!

I ordered the HAM and eggs combo, during which I asked for 2 slices of ham for which I was charged extra (At FIRST I didnt mind that). Now however I am very disappointed. Think Ill pass by and go somewhere thatll give me my moneys worth.

Food was okay at best but not worth it for a breakfast price. If it was lunch or dinner instead of pancakes I probably would have expected such an inflated amount, not including the tip for almost being completely ignored..

very bad experience. Very racist woman about 6 feet who takes order upfront for customers. She had my name written as ARAB I asked her y she did that she said I didnt know ur ethnicity so I wrote it as ARAB.
