I went in to eat with my family after church and they treated us like we were bugging them. Very rude like it was an inconvenience for them. There was 5 of us. Gma, mom, bro and neice. A couple of bowls even spilled when one of the girls threw our bowls like she was annoyed. The worst part was when we paid the girl behind the register told us next time we HAVE to order online or they wont serve us. Like theres no other places in town to eat. Ridiculous! whats the difference. Next time well just go in and pay seperately, it doesnt change the amount of food they still have to prepare. There was 3 girls working the front. All I can say is I wont be going back to that chipotle in Yuba City any time in the near future. One time is all it takes to lose a customer.

Worst customer service ever and they are very slow during peak times. I usually go to the one in Sacramento which has superior customer service and they are always quick! This place is always running out of stuff and the staff cant seem to get the order right. How hard is it getting an order right when you are saying it as they go down the line, unless their minds arent there while working. They are very inconsistent and unprofessional. Honestly, they should send a few employees to the Sacramento or Natomas location to see how to properly run a Chipotle. I have been here multiple times and almost everytime I leave disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The service wasnt bad at all, but everything else was including the "always hiring aspect". I applied and interviews 3 different times! 1st time I was told ,"I really like you, I will be calling to set up a second interview". NEVER HAPPENED. 2nd time , I was told I was too young to close (being that I was 17 at the time it was understandable). But the 3rd time ... a few days ago, was awful. The woman who interviewed us barely gave us time to speak, she was borderline annoyed , and it was 15 minutes before the place opened!! I wouldnt recommend applying to this location.

Food is good when dining in. It gets too cold taken out. The service is usually ok. The employees are a hit or miss... it seems they tend to hire younger people that dont have a good attitude. Compared to beach hut deli, the attitude of the employees is trash. When its somewhat busy, there are often tables that arent wiped down. I think the lack of effort on the employees is to blame though, because Ive seen on one occasion a group of employees on break sitting and watching 2 others struggle to keep up with all the customers. No effort there

First time to eat here theres nothing there for a lite meals ,,, only fat meals....we ordered two cheese quesadillas... they were bland dry and taste sucked bad....also our server told us to step aside and let the next behind order.. if we cant decide.. nobody likes to be rushed,,,,,,,,there was only one couple behind,, so i quickpy ordered the 2 cheese quesadillas.... the server needs to take a course in being kind and realize its more then a pay check job

Like most of us, Ive been to a few different Chipotle and this one was alright but could use some changes. The space is much louder than most Ive been to thanks to poor acoustics. The veggies where almost all red bell pepper (no green) and the guacamole had way too much lemon in it. The staff was friendly enough and everything was clean so other than the balance in the food prep, it was a good experience, just not up to par with other locations.

9/14 2:50pm Just got out of class, long story short i did really bad on a speech. They all greated my friendly and I really well and even gave me advice on my speech for next. Feeling confident Ill do better next time based off their advice. Im hoping this is his name, but Ivan even paid for my burrito for the situation i was in. Though it was not neccesary of him to do that, i am very thankful. Awesome staff

I the customer service the food is always on point the people are so friendly everytime I come in there I am greeted with a smile there certain places in town that doesnt even smile I pay my heart or money to come in just to see that smile the burrito bowl is always on point I normally come in there just to buy a bowl of rice and some black beans the best things since sliced bread

The food is always good, the staff mostly know me by how often I come in and always start a friendly conversation as they make my food. They are constantly smiling and maintaining good hygiene while handling the food (which is important to me). I recommend this Chipotle to anyone in the area looking for some good food, at a decent price, with great staff and environment.

Food isnt as good as it use to be. Staff is nice the environment is always welcoming. They have cut down on the portion size tremendously, dont really get "bang for my buck" anymore. I would still go there but not as often. I would go here as my last option. I would recommend this place, but not to everyone.

Been here a few times and the place sucks. Customer service is horrible. The order is never the same. Ask for something extra and you will get a dirty look. This location is pathetic and the owner should be ashamed of the product and service the employees put out! Even one star is too much for this location!

I ordered online and was not satisfied. You have to be very specific about what you want and because you have a limited number of letters. Food was fine just want more cheese and the guy gave me a cup but i wanted alot more they barely put a tiny handful. Check your order before u walk out if it was online.

Service was slow, place was very dirty with food and grime everywhere. I have to say I was shocked because the Chipotle in West Sacramento is so nice and clean, even when it gets busy, which usually is a sign of a good manager. So, Id say that this one isnt being managed really well. Sad.

They stop making a lot of crucial ingredients too early in the evening. They close at 10... but after 9 you might not get peppers/onions, chips & guac, etc. Furthermore, if there is a long line at any time of day be prepared to wait. Lines at this Chipotle move rather slowly.

They mangled my tortilla before pitting food on and wouldnt give me another one, assuring me that I would be able to eat it in the car. well I couldnt and the burrito was full of holes at the end. cashier was tide too. bad customer as vice at this chipotle.
