Very rarely gets my order correct. If someone orders a grilled cheese.... "add Swiss cheese, too" does that mean only Swiss cheese? Does that mean one slice of American and one slice of Swiss and charge me for extra cheese still? Does it mean forget the extra cheese and just do two American cheese slices? I just dont know if it is a literacy issue or a careless issue. I want to be nice and say maybe the cooks cant read in English. I have been very patient and very nice, despite being super frustrated. Today was my last visit. The Carls Jr. That use to be own the street closed down, before closing down I stopped giving them my business because the employees were always mean to me. That is not the case for this Jack In The Box, they are very nice (well except one of the employees), but I cant say a place that cant get orders right is acceptable these days as most places dont screw up often. This place almost every single time and for years I have been coming and almost always ordering the same thing.

Manager lacked total comand of English and was only person that would talk to customers Will not be going back

Supposed to be open till 2 AM I arrived at 1:19 AM on a Friday and this dude from all the way across the hall from the window kept waving his hand and say "no,no,no". Atleast they should have the decency to come up to me and tell me politely that they are closed and that they are sorry for the trouble.

Im overall happy with the service. They are all polite. It is well maintained. The only bad thing Id have to say is that they occasionally give incomplete orders. So check twice before leaving.
