This jack in the box was horrible. It started off bad by waiting atleast 10 minites before they came to the front counter to order. They were overwhelemed by maybe two cars in the drive through. The inside is cleanish i guess but its almost febuary and the christmas decorations are still up. Once i finally tecieved my food it was missing items that they just ignored to put on my order. I would not advise anyone to go to this establishment and if u do be prepaired for lazy service.

The person taking my order at the drive thru had more phlegm then a hospital. When I got to the window and tried to pay for my large diet ginger ale the manager wouldnt put his arm out the window to accept my card, it was raining. I tossed the card the remaining distance that I could not reach. He leaned out the window and gave me the card back refusing to serve me. Awful! I called jacklistens. Turns out he doesnt.

Good Food. Service was horrible. I had a coupon for a free combo, so I ordered the current promotion with chicken. They brought it with beef and tried to tell me 2.00 more for a dried small piece of chicken. Had to remind them free combo. I believe these women need more English lessions. Go to the location on Mountain Ave. Much better.

Night shift employees are in such of a hurry i received very little fries and burger was very messy as if they threw everything together quickly like honest if youre going to work there pretend to care.

I like coming here because there drive thru is quick which is good when youre in a hurry. There food is is usually hot especially the fries which is good because I cant stand cold dry french fries.
