Wednesday, April 5, 2017. 9:45p.m. Went through the drive thru. We got an ultimate chicken sandwich and the #12 chicken strip dinner. I dont have any expectations for fast food. But the staff did a terrible job. The chicken sandwich was ordered deluxe. It came with pickles and sauce and Thats it. The number 12 was cold. It had one old onion ring that tasted like powdered sugar. The rest was filled in with tater tots and there was random fries and scrap from the deep fryer in my box of food. It seemed to me that they just used what ever had been sitting around. I paid $17 and some change for this garbage food. It should be no surprise that I had no desire to go back and have it fixed. Given the poor quality of the food I wouldnt expect that your staff could fix it anyways. So congratulations to the staff who made our food tonight. You went below the expectations for fast food quality. Which is less than zero. Thank you for the surprising and unexpectedly terrible food. I didnt know I could be so disappointed by something that I didnt expect to be amazing anyways.

This is the second and final time going to the drive thru. Got to the speaker box to place an order for one item and the girl on the speaker said "just one moment please". So I waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally with a line of vehicles behind me and my truck getting zero mpg just sitting there for what seems like five or six minutes, I decided to go across the street to Starbucks. They lost my business tonight.

Clean, open atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. An almost-overwhelmingly large menu. Prices arent cheap, but the Morning Drink Stop (6 AM - 11 AM), Happy Hour (2 PM - 5 PM) and Half Price Shakes & Slushes after 8 (8 PM - Midnight) are good bargains. Also, signing up to receive text messages from Sonic will get you insider discounts a few times a month that are always incredibly good deals.

Audrey Thomas was absolutely amazing !! Her customer service was spectacular. I let her know that my boneless chicken was cooked a little too long (hard) and she gladly took them back & brought me back the best boneless chicken Ive ever had. She is the definition of someone who loves her job & wants the customer to be completely satisfied. Great employee you guys have there !! Ill be back.

After reading that it reopened, I went for a double cheeseburger. Love their meat, always hot and fresh. The problem was the cook over salted it and was very hard to eat, even for me who loves salt. I just couldnt finish it and was on the road or I would have sent it back. Next time I will ask for no salt at all and might give a better rating next time.

Food here was nasty. My fries werent fresh nor hot and my cheeseburger tasted awful. Eating the cheeseburger was like trying to swallow a spoon of cough syrup! Yuk! The food at the Sonic Drive-in on Pleasant Grove Blvd in Roseville was quick, fresh and delicious. The Sonic in Woodland gives Sonic a bad name...Gross!

The staff here is amazing. I arrived just before closing and had some challenges with a sick kid in the car. The young ladies were exceptionally helpful. They promptly prepared and delivered my order, assisted me with much more then they had to and did so with a smile on their faces. Many thanks to them!

So sad Im 9 months pregnant and was super craving a strawberry cheesecake milkshake drove all the way across town spent way to much on a milkshake and was less than satisfied to find out once I got home it was just a strawberry milkshake disguised as a strawberry cheesecake milkshake

This is probably the slowest Sonic you could go to. They were closed down for a while, but reopened without much improvement. I always have a problem when ordering. Theres no point in going through the drive through, you might as well pull up and turn your car off.

Best coffee drink/desert Ive ever hard! So glad theres no Sonic Drive -In in Sacramento. It was a little difficult to figure out how to order something though, as we were in a diesel 4wd truck and couldnt see the microphone. But LOVE it~

Didnt even get to order because the drive in speakers were not working and the drive thru service was incredibly slow. Other Sonics Ive been to didnt have this problem *cough cough* Sonic on Pleasant Grove in Roseville.
