Im disappointed that this place -which raves about their customer service- blew me off when I called "to get info on their wine/beer tasting tonight" (i.e., what are they serving). The guy who answered (Matt?) said he didnt know yet didnt offer to find out or transfer me to someone who did know. He only told me what I already knew (the day/time of the tastings - which is now & why I was calling, I told him). His nonchalant attitude bothered me, but even more so b/c its the Nugget & Ive come to expect good service from them. Im going to assume this guy was a bad apple that somehow snuck into the bag of good ones & that theyll notice in time. Maybe this review will help. (Note: I called back & asked for the bakery (where the tastings are done) & Jessica was more than happy to check the list of what was being poured. Next time Matt, just transfer me to the Bakery if you dont want to find out for me.)

Ive been going to Nugget for a few years now. I mostly started going because it was the closest grocery store to my apartment. I thought it was going to be a generally more expensive place to buy food, but I have found their prices to he very good, sometimes even on par with Costco on certain items. The service is great too. I sometimes like to make special requests and they have always been accommodating. I also like their selection of higher quality and organic foods. Its an upscale joint and Id recommend checking it out.

The selection, the atmosphere including things such as the lighting and layout as well as the staff cant be beat. A regular stop of mine. I absolutely love Nugget. I split time between San Mateo County in the bay area and Yolo county and am always stocking up here and bringing home best food from here

Ive been going to Nugget for over 10 years. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh with a great selection. Their seafood and meats are excellent quality. An awesome wine and cheese variety. The bakery is one of the best. The employees are exceptional and service is always great.

Our favorite grocery store. Excellent service. Amazing products. Great prices for the quality you receive. My daughter is one year old and gets excited to shop here because she gets a treat of the chef prepared turkey from the deli and gets to see the friendly associated.

On the higher end of supermarkets. I dont really shop for groceries here, but I love visiting during my lunch. They have one of my favorite sandwiches (el diablo) and they have some delicious chicken noodle soup. You can never go wrong with stopping for a bite to eat!

Nugget Market is a great place to shop! the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is great! You can usually find what you are looking for plus a little more. I like it alot more than other big grocery stores, such as Safeway, Raleys, Bel Air, etc.

Excellent in every way! Local and family owned with only the highest quality meats, produce, dairy, health and beauty, breads, and juice bar. Yes...its pricey, but still not as much as their competitors. Guest service here is always outstanding.
