Been going here for at least 5 years. I have always had a great experience, haircuts have varied depending on who cuts it, but even at the minimum they have been satisfactory. Hair grows back, so not a huge deal if the new girl cuts it a little shorter than I request or misses a few hairs here and there. I dont have a regular stylist because I dont like to wait and would rather just take the first stylist available....I do have favorites though and breathe a sigh of relief when timing was in my favor. Prices have risen pretty steady over the years, but they still offer military discount, as well as, I think they still offer the prepaid discount if you purchase 6 haircuts. Prices are starting to get towards the high end though, I like to tip well and feel as though with a good tip its starting to be more than I would like to spend for a haircut and shampoo. Overall, I am am happy, its convenient and I will continue to get haircuts from here from time to time.

I came about five minutes after 10am which is when they open, the closed sign was still on but the door was open so I walked in and asked the girl "youre open right?" She looks at me funny and asks what time it is and then says rudely "um were barely open but ya.." And walks away. Then I get ignored with no acknowledgement for several minutes. Luckily the two other employees were extremely nice when they came out to help but it was past opening and I was shocked the other girl was so rude :(

We live in Redding but we used to live in Sacramento and had tried the sandwiches a couple times. We fell in love because they are delicious and the people are always friendly plus they actually listen to how you want your sandwich made! You definitely get what you pay for! Well every time we visit the area we stop in to get sandwiches for the road and we highly recommend eating here!

Love the sandwiches here, was even recommended the ménage a trois today which was amazing. On the downside it took over 30 minutes from ordering until it was in my hands (while the team laughed and frolicked out the back) fortunately Im on vacation, but still.

The dirtiest place I have ever been that serves food. The employees were pretty much just standing around waiting for the shift change it seemed. Sandwich was just okay, but very over priced.
