The interior of the restaurant is loaded with TVs, personal TVs for the booth tables, and large screen TVs for the bar. They have a bar, yay!! I can see this place being really popular as a sports bar once word gets around. Their sandwiches are SO GOOD. I feel like ever since Ive had Earls and Beach Hut , the rest of the sandwich places around just dont stack up anymore. It kinda sucks, but oh well. My favorite sandwich at Beach Hut is definitely the Malibu, but Ive tried several sandwiches here and they are all pretty tasty so dont be afraid to experiment. (: Beach Hut is a little pricey, but you get a pretty big portion so it is reasonable. They were a little slow (20min) on making our sandwiches when we went even though they were pretty well-staffed, but I think thats because theyre still new. Shouldnt be an issue in the future I believe. (:

At lunch time the line is out the door so either order ahead or be prepared for a wait. The service is friendly but distracted with so much going on. When I was there the soda machine was down, so I was given ice from a bucket that was sitting on the counter. That was a little off-putting but I understand it isnt the staffs fault, and they did have someone fixing it while I was there.

I really like the sandwiches here. The old location in downtown davis was definitely easier to get to, but this one is pretty much drive only during a lunch break. Means I go a lot less often than I did before. I usually substitute the cream cheese for provolone but give it a shot once you might like it

Placed my order online and wasnt ready when I showed up then decided I wanted chips and a soda and the clunky complicated Coke machine didnt have Coke. And......it was over $15 for soda, chips and a small sandwich. Never again!!! Total ripoff!!

At $10.85 I get the smallest straw me sandwich ever. not a lot of taste but only from all the mayonnaise packed on. the bread was very thin very light. I had my hopes up. big fail on quality, its only trendy.

Had the Surfin Cow and it was delish! Stop by on our way home from Tahoe or Sacramento. At 1st its a little hard to see since you cant spot it from the parking lot, just walk to the end on the left.

Sandwiches are very good but crazy price. $16.50 for a 9" turkey with bacon. Checking out places here while Im in town and never had a sandwich for that much.
