I called ahead of time to order a square pizza (pepperoni), which I was quoted $7.99. After discussion, I changed my order to a square combination and a hot and ready pizza. I asked for my total, and was asked to hold, and when he returned I was quoted $14.42. I sent a family member to pick up the pizza, and they returned with a receipt of $22.22. I was advised to call and complain, and upon doing so, the person that answered the phone replied to me, after I had explained what had happened, told me "No I was the one who talked to you, and I told you twenty-two dollars, not fourteen dollars". He went further to explain that he would do nothing to rectify his mistake, and overall told me that he COULDNT have made a mistake. Furthermore, if that was the price I would not have ordered it, and it is important as a proprietor or a worker of a business to have good customer service by acknowledging the fact that it is indeed possible that you as a worker may have made a mistake and taking the steps to rectify it to make the consumer happy. I will no longer be purchasing from this particular Little Caesars Pizza place.
