The pizzas themselves are not bad tasting. However, their service has really taken a dive as of late. I placed an online order last night, then came in to get it. They cook the pizza when you arrive, so I waited as they got the stuff together. First, they forgot a dessert- had to ask for it, and then when the first pizza came out one of the staff very rudely ordered me to take it from the counter, even though it was right in front of me and there was another one he was boxing for me. He must have seen the look on the faces of everyone waiting (myself included) as he then stopped and explained that they sometimes have people take the wrong pizza. You can imagine how ironic it was when I got home with my order and discovered that he had put someone elses pizza into one of my boxes. It was unfortunately gross (seems many Blaze customers have eclectic taste in toppings). A simple glance at it would have shown anyone there was an obvious problem, as the pizza in question was to have red sauce, and this one had white. The box had my name written on it and the correct order listed on it... guess someone else must also be wondering where their pizza went. To cap it off, they didnt offer to refund me when I called, they simply said come back and well give you a free one. So I drove back, handed them the box with the correct ingredients listed on it (I wasnt about to eat whatever-that-was inside of it), then had to wait in line as they remade it from scratch and baked it. To be fair, the guy who redid it was apologetic, but I had to make another trip and wait another 20 mins due to their mistake... and they didnt do anything to compensate me for it. Bottom line: if you order from these guys, you should definitely check every pizza before leaving. Or better yet, stand there and watch them take it out and box it. Do not just look at the label, see your name and the order list, and believe they were smart enough to put the right pie in the right box. They arent. And if they mess up, dont expect any kind of accommodation for it- youll just have to come back and get it redone. Personally, Ive decided Mod Pizza across the street is a better deal overall.

We received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza. Having other business to take care of in the area we decided to stop by. We were surprised at the type of pizza place this was. Its basically a build your own pizza place. The pizzas are about 13"-14" pies and thin crust, which for my wife and I, is plenty. The service was excellent. Looking at the prices. For a build your own pizza, the prices are great and the Pizza was done quickly. If you havent stopped by to check this place out, I would recommend it. One other thing, Beers are bottled. This is a fairly new place. My surprise was how quickly the Pizza came after the order was placed. And yes! I would definitely go back.

The service and people are good. The pizza dough is okay, it isnt hand-tossed, but is is fresh. They use a machine to press and rise the dough, so the result is consistent and acceptable. They de-emphasize the cheese on these pizzas, relying on the toppings to do the work. (Meaning theyre skimpy on the cheese) The onions arent good, they are limp and soggy with the caramelized sweetness that I cannot imagine would be pleasing on any pizza. Would I come back and try a different topping combination? Yes.

Best build your own pizza spot in the area. Ive tried multiple brands, but this one is unique for me because they actually make their Gluten Free dough on the spot versus using a pre-cooked crust (like the folks in the plaza across the way). Pretty convenient too, since its located in the shopping plaza. My bf also enjoys their selection of lemonade, though they do have beer and cider should you want to enjoy your pizza with a refreshing alcoholic beverage.

Arrived at 9pm on a Sunday and quickly got a terrific mozzarella, tomato, basil and oregano pizza on a thin crust, baked in about 4 minutes in a 570º oven. Its cafeteria-style, where you go through the line and pick out your ingredients, then pay the cashier at the end while your pizza bakes. They also have surprisingly great salads-in-a-box that they make on-site. The goat cheese and beet came with a great pesto vinagrette.

Im always on the look out for pizza places offering gluten free. The gluten free dough is alright, not AMAZING but pretty good especially compared to other places. I love that that you can go in and build your own pizza (Chipotle style) with whatever crazy concoction you have in mind that day. Everything is fresh and full of flavor and your pizza is always piping hot straight from the oven.

Pretty good stuff. Try a simple pie (pizza with marinara sauce and cheese only) with pesto sauce on the crust and some salt and oregano. Believe me, its very tasty. I love the Asiago Caesar salad but it was a sad day when there was an actual dead bug inside the one I bought. But thats very much a once in a blue moon experience at any place.

The pizza is good. I thoroughly enjoyed my pepperoni half but was completely juxtaposed to my BBQ chicken, as it wasnt good at all. The quality of chicken used just wasnt good. Ill return for a pepperoni pizza soon! The service was awesome...from ordering, to when I was waiting, and picked up my pie. Their staff is awesome.

Just left Chicago Pizza in San Jose dropped 47.00+ very disappointed with the Fridge Pizza. The last time I had the fridge there it was full of meat and veggies the onions were very succulent, I barely saw an onion. A 30.00 pizza should look like one. Very disappointed.

Great pizza for the price! Service is ehh... lots of distracted teens and some attitudes, but overall what youd expect from a pizza joint. Great for a budget... for 10$ I can get what roubd tabke charges 25$ for and I eat off the same pizza for days!

Great place for quick, affordable, argument-free personal pan pizza dinners with family after an annoying shopping trip at Costco or Bed Bath & Beyond. The beer selection is minimal but at least they have beer. I come here often.

Excellent pizza and service with a smile (Allie). Pizza is crisp and cooked bery fsst. Any toppings for one set price, or get a one topping pizza to save $1.50. Bottles of beer for $4.50. I will definitely come back here.

Food is ok at best. Lots of toppings available. Salads are over priced for portion size. Cant tell if salads are available until you wait through pizza line. Workers with facial hair dont wear hair nets so very unsanitary.

They have the pizzas ready in like two min. You can also put on your toppings ad they taste delicious. My toppings are normal sauce, American shredded cheese, bacon, pepperoni, pineapple and sauce on the top.

The Indian man with the beard was a complete JERK to me and my family. The pizza was ok, would not say great because it wasnt. And the energy was not so comfy. I would not eat here again!

BYO (Build Your Own) pizza is a great deal. You put what you want and you can ask for how much you want of each topping. The pizzas are very filling. I can only eat half for a meal.
