Is it possible to give negative stars? I cant put into words just how badly this place ruined our night. I was in charge of feeding 54 high school boys after a football game. I called the day before to order the pizzas. I should have known there might be a problem when the girl taking my order said I should place the order the day of the event, "in case the order gets lost." The other mom I was doing the meals with called Friday at 4pm to place the order. 54 large pizzas. Nice size order wouldnt you think? We planned on picking up the order at 8:30 pm. They said not a problem. She wanted to pay over the phone. They said, no, pay when you pick up. We thought that was weird. Why would you start making 54 pizzas without the assurance that the person would be there to pick up the order? Nevertheless, we thought all was fine. We get there at 8:30pm and say we are here for the 54 pizzas. They looked at each other, and just went, ohhh...did you do it? No, did you do it? We had maybe an hour tops to figure something out. These are big junior and senior high school football players. THAT WE FEED A MEAL TO! We saw Taco Bell across the street, and we run there, and thankfully, they were able to help us. And if you are reading this, thinking you want to order numerous pizzas from this Little Caesars, please consider going to the Taco Bell for their Party Box. I am writing my rave review for them next. And the boys LOVED it!

I have bought pizza at this Winchester Blvd. location in San Jose many times this year and not once has the food been fresh or properly cooked. The pizza is stale like its been sitting there since early morning and I have returned the crazy bread 3 times because they were burnt. I usually dont complain and know you can get a so-so meal once in a while as its dirt cheap... but I am tired of just getting dirt. Ive had good experiences at other Little Caesars... this particular location is poorly managed if the food is consistently this poor. I do not recommend this location and I will not ever eat here again.

Every time I go in there there are never more then like 2 each of the pizzas "hot and ready" so not only myself but everyone has to wait like 10-15 mins just for a plain cheese pizza. The employees are goofing around and listing to loud music in the back. Non English music! I am going to have to find another location because ur employees are rude,rude,rude. The cashiers were rude , calling the woman in front of us stupid in Spanish after she left place then one of them was rushing me as I was trying to gather my money on my wallet . I rarely go to this location but every employee is expected to give good customer service . Oh by the way this all happened last Saturday at 11:07 AM which I am going to call and talk to their manger to file a complaint.

Cashiers are to focused on yelling out orders when they need to be more proactive and get to work so the people in the back can catch up to her or his speed no wonder I see different cashiers nearly every time I visit oh yeah dont try to order deep dish specialty pizza xtra toppings 2 difer times totalling about an hour half wait this place sucks little ceasers ----

Bad service , I called to place an order they put me on hold for 20 minutes, the time i drive there I was still on the phone they have this big line and people on the back of the counter laughing , some of the people said that they waited for more than 25 minutes

I Love how the pizza is always there waiting for me and I love how the crazy bread is well done. Ive gotten 3 free orders of crazy bread because someone returned them saying they were burned. Best 5 dollars ever spent.

make sure that you check with them every once in a while to make sure the people in the kitchen are making you special order pizza. You can wait for more than 45 minutes to find out they tossed your order??

5 stars all day long!!! Where else can you get a 3 topping pizza for $8 in 2 min and its hot, ready and good to eat. Employees are very nice at this location...they get 5 stars also!!

Rarely have any of the deep dish pizzas ready and the "hot and ready" pizzas seem like theyve been sitting for awhile but when theyre fresh, best pizza for the price.
