PROS: good servers, lounge atmosphere, free parking and decent domestic and imported beer selection (although, the large beers are served in a plastic cup) CONS: $6 for 6 "beer battered" onion rings (not even as good as ones youd get from your average burger joint), not crunchy, nor tasty. $1 each, smh. I even asked the server if he had dropped some on he way to the table. Dont order these, aint no beer in this batter. If so, it was probably Bud Light, lol. $12 for 12 wings (they have a lot of flavors, but they taste like they were from a frozen bag from Walmart, actually a frozen Walmart bag is probably better than these), the only upside was that the habanero sauce was super spicy, almost too spicy (but I like some sting with my wings, so I enjoyed that part) Who wants to pay $9 for an imported beer in a plastic cup, maybe at Dodger stadium, but this is supposed to be a club/restaurant. They need to invest in some large glass mugs, or scooters, anything is better than serving $9 beers in plastic cups, its tacky and warms the beer too quickly. The food was overpriced. I dont mind spending an extra buck on a good meal, but I wont be dining here again, it just wasnt worth it. Dont charge people for hand made food and serve them frozen dishes. Youll get better food and more bang for your buck across the street at Golden Ox, thats for sure.

Mediocre food and terrible service. My wife and I went last night and were completely unimpressed. The server gave my friend the wrong kind of beer, and when my friend saw that it was the wrong kind he asked the waiter if it was the IPA that he ordered, the waiter lied and said it was. Sure enough, when we got the bill, we saw it was actually a different kind of beer. As soon as we got our food our waiter disappeared and we literally didnt see him again for the rest of the night. We had to get a bus boy to give us our check and everything. The bus boy also spilled ketchup on my wife. As far as the food goes... pretty unimpressive all around. The food I was eating was supposed to be a black cherry chicken breast with bleu cheese. I didnt see any bleu cheese and it tasted more like an out-of-the-box teriyaki chicken meal. My wife got the portobello burger. The portobello was, hands down, the worst portobello burger Ive ever had. The mushroom was shriveled, dry and rubbery and it had absolutely none of the flavor you expect from a portobello mushroom. We have made far better portobellos at home. Its not that hard! Honestly, if you want a better place to eat, walk across the street and eat at the cheaper, quieter and better waited Crepes and Grapes, or 6740, or Zi Teresa or almost any restaurant on that street.

Sage is a nice and good sized nightclub which has the means to have a great time at, but I have found that it is give or take. Last Friday when I was there, I will say I had a blast and celebrating my friends birthday there proved to be a good idea, especially because of the service we experienced from the staff. We had a really good deal for a VIP section with bottle service, and I can easily say it was well worth it. However, whenI have gone other times without bottle service, my opinion will vary because the crowd there can at times be a bit rough. if you are looking for an upscale crowd, then you will not find it here. still, the fact that there are two different dance floors with diverse music, there are options. Entrance to the club is free before 10pm and free till 10:30 if you are on a gestalts.

We searched several places for a happy hour event for 20 + my friend Miguel recommended Sage. Albert the manager was very accommodating . I thought it it would cost to much for a room and 20+ but the room is free and the drinks and appetizers we amazing and reasonable price We work in a very stressful environment and wanted to get together for stress relief . I had originally had set up for 20 in a private room , but when more friends arrived the team at sage came in and set up a table and more chairs . Everyone had a great time and loved the place. The waitress and bar tender were very attentive . I recommend this place and the team would like to come back here as well. Great job Sage.

My girls and I went for ladies night and left early because the DJ was horrible. Yes, the bottle service is inexpensive but you get what you pay for. We had to ask 3 times before finally following the guy who was sitting people at their tables which we had already paid for in advance. It took about another 20 minutes for a waitress to bring us are bottle service and then asked to charge my card. There is no organization for those who do Reserve VIP. The guy who was sitting everyone look like he was on a good one and when we were leaving he asked us not to leave because they were going to switch the DJ out. Probably will not return.

I would give no stars if I could , this place was our last resort to see the fight and the place was so bad ,the set up was awful the service was horrible. I wanted to order a pizza and each time the waiter would say you need to order from the bartender when I was finally able to get his attention an hour later he said the kitchen was closed .I will never go to this place for any events again. They also need security outside the place ,we were confronted outside the place from girls trying to start trouble.it was an awful experience . I would not recommend this place to anyone

UPDATE!!! This a favorite neighborhood hangout! Nothing european about it. Its a full service restaurant, bar, and nightclub on weekends. Great beer and pizza specials for Happy Hour Tues -Friday. Name talent on select club nights, comedy shows and live telecasts of major sport events. Ive always enjoyed attentive staff and great food and drink.

I was not impressed with anything. The pizza was pretty bad. Service was slow, every time I went to the bar, there was nobody there... had to go call into the back stock room or something to find someone. I was not there for clubbing, so I dont know how that is. I have been to some ghetto places and this didnt look like it would be too bad.

Held an event with 80+ attendees. From beginning to end Albert assisted with all the details and the event was a success. Food was great, service was good in private room very accommodating with hardly any restrictions for decor. Recommend for private events.
