Nice clean place with plenty of free parking. Decided to come check this place out , so came in at around 8 am for breakfast . We had ordered 1 carnitas plate for breakfast and another steak breakfast plate. The server asked if we wanted guacamole with our chips, and we agreed granted it was only 8am. So the chips, guacamole and salsa came, and Im glad it did since it was like almost 30-45 mins till our order came. I was a bit concerned since someone from another table was trying to order a carnitas plate, and the waitress said it will take 30 mins if they would like it. At first I was like I hope its not always like that for the carnitas plate, but I didnt want to complain since the order was already placed . And its been already 30 min, I do wish though that our waitress would have said it would take a while for my order . The food arrives and half way thru , I called the server so I can order just a regular carnitas burrito to go. She tells me it will take like 25-30 mins since they ran out. Keep in mind its about 9am on a Saturday morning, when I tried to place that burrito order . Hopefully I just came on a wrong day, and their carnitas service isnt always like that. Also I wish next time they would mention the cost of the guacamole when offering it to the customers for the chips.

The worst ever since we started going here. Once we were seated it took nearly 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were even there, we did finally get a basket of chips and a small bowl of salsa to share with 6 people across two tables and the chips tasted like they were fried in very old oil. Once the waitress came she immediately wanted to take our food order, we asked to get some soft drinks first, well she could not get that right she forgot my wife’s root beer. Then after waiting another 10 minutes after receiving or drinks she finally came back and said, now are you ready to order! We placed our order and when the food arrived it looked great but that was all. I ordered the pork burrito at a cost of $12.00+ that had enchilada sauce and un-melted cheese on top and when I started to eat this burrito all I got was a ton of rice and beans there was literally 8 pieces of pork in the burrito. Between the bad service and the poor food now we may never return again. Besides the manager who sat at the counter and starred at people it was a very unpleasant experience. Good luck if you decide to eat there.

The to go ordering sucks big time ehen you order menudo uku get menudo only they dont ask if you want pig foot or not they put chunks of it in with none of the fixings. When I ordered avain and comeplained to the person on the phone I was told its up to me to know her as to sxking the customer what he or she would like with. Thats so very un professional the person on the phone should know what ask of tbe customer not the other way around. I will no longer patronize this establishment again the food is but not worth the trouble of making sure that the waitresses are doing thier jobs correctly. I would give half a star. Im also disabled which mks it tht much harder to get my chair in and out to complain when mistakes are made. Its always the waitresses tht just stair at me with no assistance in even taking my order and their very rude and dont even ask if ive been helped they just walk past me with a glance like Im not there

GREAT FOOD, BAD SEATING SERVICE.. SUNDAY - 4-12-2015 AT 1PM WAITED 55 MINUTES FOR A TABLE FOR FIVE, SHE WAS SEATING PEOPLE ALL THIS TIME, AND DIDNT EVEN TRY TO PUT TWO TABLES TOGETHER IN THE RESTAURANT AREA OR IN THE BAR SECTION, AGAIN, SHE KEEP CALLING PARTIES OF 2 AND 3S... I CALLED TO MAKE A RESERVATION, AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS NEEDED, SO I INSISTED AND MADE ONE FOR BETWEEN 12:45 AND 1PM , ARRIVED ON TIME (12:55), AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ALREADY CALLED MY NAME AND THAT I HAD TO WAIT LIKE 15-20 MINUTES, BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE 55 MINUTES WAITING...... WAITED 55 MINUTES FOR A TABLE FOR FIVE, SHE WAS SEATING PEOPLE ALL THIS TIME, AND DIDNT EVEN TRY TO PUT TWO TABLES TOGETHER IN THE RESTAURANT AREA OR IN THE BAR SECTION, AGAIN, SHE KEEP CALLING PARTIES OF 2 AND 3S... THIS GIRL IN CHARGE OF SEATING PEOPLE DIDNT CARE AND ON TOP OF THAT HAD ATTITUDE...NOTHING LIKE THE ORIGINAL PLACE...

Took my wife and kids to try the food been raving about a different tepeyac location thought it would be the same when we arrived a family of 11 had been waiting 30 min even after making a reservation only to find out the manager took them off the list said they were a no show when they had been waiting we were about to leave ourselves when they called us service was ok but food was bad wife had the fejita trio and shrimp looked a lil raw almost see thru my yongest didnt want it my older daughter had chicken fajitas but didnt like them either I had a taco and enchilada plate taco felt like it was going to break my teeth and the sauce from enchilada tasted like it was salt mixed in red chilie ordered a jamica soo sweet Im surprised I couldnt see the sugar at the bottom of the cup just my opinion but me or my family will not be returning to this paticular establishment

this restaurant sucks cant get near the 1st one the kitchen is a mess some of the people that work there are dirty dont eat the rice looks nasty and there is always a mess there the only good thing is the burritos and the tacos some of the worker go to the restroom with the apron causing second contamination the the worse thing he use to be a dishwasher and now now he is serving food that even makes me vomit the owner was rude telling one of the dishwasher that he wasnt a bus boy that he was a dishwasher and to go to the back where he belongs i think he was helping this other girl and the owner even told bad things to the girl but since he is the owner you cant even do nothing.

We made a phone order on Thursday so it could be done on Friday at 8:40am. When we got there we said "pick up" and the lady said "I know." 20 minutes passed and then she asked what the order was, she looked for the order and said "it was not ready yet". We have a 30 minuet break but we didnt get any food for the 25 mins. We were there. She asked if we wanted to talk to the manager but the manager was eating and didnt want to come to us until he saw we were looking at him. We explained what had happened to the manager and all he said was "Im sorry" I was really disappointed, because 5 people went without eating that day and one of us was pregnant.

When I walked in, there were a decent amount of tables available. People were congregated around the door waiting to sit. No one came and helped anyone despite all of the congestion. Finally a guy walked by and said that you had to check in, not at the check in stand, but around the corner by the counter. The food was pretty good and I liked it. Id have really appreciated the staff being more engaged rather than walking around and allowing a line to form out the door for no reason.
